On the main level, an open floorplan gives you space to relax. Cook fresh-caught fish in your gourmet kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook before heading out. Leather sofas and a big screen TV in the living room give you a place to cool off from the sun, and the 4 bedrooms give you quiet retreats after long days of building sandcastles, splashing in the water, and exploring Perdido Key.
In the Parasol Place gated community, Perdido Beach House also offers community pool access and keeps you close (driving or walking) to all your favorite beach activiites! Brew some fresh coffee and enjoy it in the breakfast nook, sit down for a fresh-caught-fish dinner at the dining tables, or make the dining room your game-time hub for board games and card games on rainy days!

The master suite on the upper level boasts incredible water views, 600-thread-count sheets on a king-size bed, and windows that open up to let in the sounds of crashing waves as you fall asleep at night. You can treat yourself to a soak in the jetted tub, enjoy dual vanities and a shower, and unpack in the spacious walk-in closet.
A second bedroom on the upper level is cheery and bright, with a queen-size bed, a beach-view desk, and its own bath and dressing area. The other 2 bedrooms are on the main level, with 2 twin-size beds in one and a queen-size bed with warm island decor in the other.
Just 10-15 minutes away from Perdido Beach House is the award-winning National Naval Aviation Museum at Pensacola Naval Air Station (home to the Blue Angels team). Even closer are plenty of great seafood restaurants, shops, and family-fun attractions in Perdido Key. From golfing, boating, and kayaking to swimming, parasailing, and antique shopping, Perdido Key, Florida offers plenty to do for everyone.
Nearby, neighboring towns of Orange Beach, Pensacola, and Gulf Shores boast upscale boutiques, outlet shops, go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses, art galleries, historic forts and lighthouses, and events that keep the community calendar packed throughout the year!

Trip Insurance: Variable Based on Rate
In order to be guaranteed a refund, a guest must cancel a reservation more than 5 months in advance. In this case, the Reservation Fee and Trip Insurance (if applicable) will not be refunded. We will not issue refunds or credits due to any weather-related travel conditions and or acts of god that may hinder one’s trip. This is why we offer Trip Insurance.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has not purchased the Trip Insurance, the only way we will issue a refund is if the guest’s cabin is rebooked for the same dates. If we can rebook the property for the original dates, a refund of the amount for which it was rebooked minus the reservation fee will be issued to the card on file on the reservation. The reservation fee is never refunded. If the dates for that cabin do not rebook, a refund will not be issued.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has purchased the Trip Insurance offered through Red Sky the guest must first cancel their reservation with us. After that, the guest can file a claim through Red Sky for a refund. If Red Sky approves the claim, the refund is issued from Red Sky. If Red Sky denies the claim, the guest falls under the standard cancellation policy.
