We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and wellkept. The appluances were clean and nice. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach winds through the property and was pleasant. Greg responded quickly to a couple of small issues that we had. If we return to Pensacola, we will check to see if the property is available.

great family vacaion
This was our 2nd time staying here and both times were awesome.....The condo has everything you need,and is clean and comfortable....Short stroll to the beach and pool...The beach is great,very family like atmosphere,and not too overcrowded.....lots to do and great places to eat without even leaving the island(highly recommend shaggy's and sideline's).....great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation...

Wonderful place to stay!
This was our second time spending a week in this condo. Obviously we liked it a lot the first time, or we would not have returned. If anything, it was better this time. The place is nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen has everything we needed for a substantial amount of cooking. Greg is very easy to deal with. The pool at Villas On The Gulf is very nice. The grounds are lush and beautiful; enjoyed watching the ducks. It's also a short walk to the beach, and what a beach! Gated entrance to beach, away from the crowds, pristine white sand, who could ask for more!

Beautiful Condo!
We had a wonderful week --- the owner, Greg was fabulous and attentive. The condo was furnished well and was in a great location! I had a relaxing stay and my daughter and her friends had a great spring break. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful beach value. Just a 3 minute stroll through a tropical property setting to the beach.
Unit C-7 is situated just a short walk to the beach and near the pool. The bacony has a beautiful view of the pond. Relax and have a cup of coffee or surf the internet while watching the ducks play in the water below. You can relax inside in the newly remodeled living room or in one of the two bedrooms and watch a 32' led TV in any room. If you like to cook there is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, all utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and can opener. Or maybe mix up a drink in the blender. If you want to go out, there is a seasonal free trolley that takes you all over the island that you can catch in front of the condo. While you are out you can, rent a boat, jet ski, parasail, go deep sea fishing, mini golf, ride on a go kart, take a walk on the boardwalk, or have a little something to eat at one of our many fine restaurants on the island and so much more. This condo is owner operated, maintained,and cleaned.
