Beautiful home. Great location. Not secured.
We love Portside Villas! In 2020 we rented a unit there from Paradise Beach Homes which was in top shape and a carefree experience!This time there were a few issues with this unit. The refrigerator door would not stay closed. Management sent a repairman the next day to fix it. The bottom lock on the door from the garage to the beach did not work and we had to remember not to twist lock it for fear of it getting stuck in locked position. Two of the three glass doors could not be locked at all. Also, bring your own hand soap, as well as shower/bath soap, because only enough for one hand washing was provided in each of the bathrooms. Coming in from the beach that first day showering became a creative process.

Great Beach Getaway!
Our families had the best time at this house. Proximity to the beach, pool and tennis courts was just perfect! Home was very well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys in the garage. When we let the rental company know that we didn't have any tuppaware someone from the office delivered it within the hour. Great service! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and assorted beach chairs, toys etc. Easy boardwalk to get to the beach. The only suggestion I have would be to have a more casual dining set so it would be used freely without concern of sand and bathing suits. Also, porch furniture is needed up stairs.

There are a few things at this property that new repairs. Most of the screens on the slide doors do not work, the toaster is broken, need bowls, rugs may need replacing, but overall good.

On the beach
We were searching for a safe place for our family to vacation. This was the exact spot. The description and pictures are exactly what you will see. The house was clean overall. Under the beds could use some work and there was water in the trash can but everything else was great. The beach was steps away and on our visit we saw dolphins. Which my kids loved. The beds were comfortable and there was a ton of space. We had a minor issue with the cable TV and the property manager was extremely helpful. The main balcony needs new furniture. The master bedroom needs balcony furniture but the views are still awesome. Keyless entry would also be a welcome upgrade. A guide to local restaurants or activities would be a great addition. But even without those few upgrades we enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to come back.

Portside Villas #11
During the last 32 years have stayed at this complex at least 25 times, different units. We keep coming back for privacy, white beaches of course, pool and location. This unit was also great except for some minor details. Bed on main level was so high needed a stool to get in, too soft and not big enough. There is room for a king size, if there is only one small nightstand. Older people, like us like the main floor accessibility, so think about keeping a bathtub upstairs and a walk-in shower down. Wish there was more dining room seating since we had 7 people, but only five chairs (plus 3 stools). Also only had four chairs and two loungers on the deck (but we had seven people). Overall, everything else was great - appliances, pantry, w/d, # of baths, living room, garage. Would also have liked seating on the lower deck which is shady at times during the day. Know it sounds like a lot of complaints, but I feel these are minor, and would still give a **** rating!

Such a fun week with family!
We come to Pensacola Beach every summer with our family and this has been our favorite place by far! We have young children and they had a wonderful time at the pool and playing in the sand. The setup was perfect for our family of 6 and we will definitely be coming back to stay next year!

2019 Family beach trip 8th annual
Great condo and location. Had an issue at check in. This is the 8th year of vacationing in pensacola beach and pretty familiar with the process. Was informed check in was 5pm but was told if condo was ready I would receive a call. Stopped in at 3:15 and was informed it was not ready but should be any time. Was told again I would receive a call when ready. Sat in parking lot watching the traffic in and out for about 45 minutes and decided to go back in. Condo was ready but did not receive a call. We discovered two tv’s did not work and contacted office first thing Sunday morning. Did not get fixed unti Wednesday, unacceptable. Also on Wednesday we started get notification that the WiFi was about to hit its limit and would stop working. WiFi was very bad from the beginning but just kept getting worse. There should never be a rental that does not have not only fast and reliable but should never be a limit on use.

Thank you so much, Paradise Beach Homes! My family and our relatives that came to visit while we were there enjoyed the house and the beach so much. We would definitely stay there again in the future. The house needs some deep cleaning though. I had to spot clean the stains and crusted food on the rugs, chairs, and the couch on the first day. I also had to mop the floor so, we could walk barefoot. Didn't have time to clean the crusted stuff under the couch though. The chair in the living room is peeling. Had to clean the floor around it all the time. Maybe racks for the garage? There was a clutter going there. Sorry for the negatives but I'd hate for you to lose customers because of it. And these are just easy fixes. But overall, we had a great time. Again, thank you.

Just beautiful! Beds were comfortable, location was nice being away from the crowded area and steps from the beach. Played tennis almost daily. Very nicely decorated and stocked. Absolutely loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.
