Clean and Quiet
The unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for a perfect Blue Angels Weekend! Beach was nice and then we also had a full moon! Enjoyed it.

Perfect for a Family Vacation
This property was just perfect for our family vacation. The condo itself was kid-friendly but also provided enough space that the adults felt we still "got away" when the kids went to bed! The duck pond outside provided lots of quick, easy entertainment, and the beach was a short walk across the parking lot and over the dunes. While there were definitely people at the beach, it never felt crowded in this area. The trolley into town stopped right outside the property and ran every 20 minutes or so, too! We were very pleased with our stay and would certainly stay there again!

Villas on the Gulf offers private beach access to the sugar white sand and bright blue water of the Gulf of Mexico just a short stroll through the landscaped grounds from your cozy condo. Spend your days with your feet in the sand, sipping a cool beverage, and watching the waves cascade onto shore. Wade in the gentle gulf water or help the kids build sandcastles on the shore. Swim in the community pool or work on your tan on the surrounding sundeck.
Ride the free beach trolley from the trolley stop right in front. The beach trolley runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and is an awesome way to go to restaurants and other attractions on Pensacola Beach, without searching for a parking spot, or figuring out transportation for multiple people in your group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for preparing meals, or go to one of our great local restaurants.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 with a queen size bed in the 1st bedroom, and 2 full-size beds in the 2nd bedroom. For additional sleeping, there is a full-size futon in the 1st bedroom. There is also a portable crib--you will find it in the closet.
Each of the two bedrooms has an entrance to the full-size bathroom. There is an additional 1/2 bath conveniently located off the living room.
A washer and dryer are conveniently provided inside the condo.
Covered parking is next to the covered stairway to the unit, with additional uncovered parking for a second vehicle; however, no parking for trailers or boats is provided.
Enjoy clean, comfortable, relaxing accommodations at a rate that is a great value for the area.
With our key less entry system, prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with instructions for setting your own unique door code. This feature allows you to go straight to the condo and begin enjoying your vacation without having to stop somewhere and check in and pick up keys.
