1003 Ariola Drive, It was excellent and everything was very nice, clean and well maintained. Joe Billingsly, General Mgr. and Paradise Home staff, went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant after the previous location did not provide the accommodations as expected. It was an enjoyable relaxing 30 days.

We loved the location, disappointed pool heater not working.
The most disappointing was the pool heater was broken & so the pool water was very cool. I had called the week we were to arrive to add this to our reservation & they then charged my credit card. Found it was not working & called. They left a message they thought it would be repaired prior to our arrival. This was one of the reasons to rent this house & should have been advised it was not working prior to our arrival & then given an option for another home. Our children/grandchildren were looking forward to the pool. We did love the location to the beach. Also one of the dishwashers was not working & with 27 people two instead of one would have been a great benefit. There was a broken dresser in one bedroom, a broken chair in livingroom/dining area and the feel of sand on our floor. We were not charged for issues we saw upon our arrival, which we did appreciate. They did call regarding a medical device left which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home as long as the pool & dishwasher were in working order.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We chose this home for an extended family Thanksgiving getaway. The home was perfect for 12 adults and 13 children, including an upstairs play area for the kids. With the pool heated, the beach just across the street and a playground a block away, there was something for all ages. The home was clean and cozy with tvs and bathrooms for all. The kitchen was amply stocked with enough cookware for all of our meals and a Thanksgiving feast. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Starfish House
We absolutely LOVE our vacations at the Starfish House!! The location is amazing & space is plentiful. There are 2 things that would make the house absolutely perfect. First would be adding comfortable seating on the front porch. It has a long bench & 2 Adirondack chairs. The view from the porch is amazing & we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view & breeze. We don't want to "junk up" the front porch with our pop up beach chairs. I'd suggest taking away the uncomfortable bench & adding rocking chairs. That would make it an awesome place to relax & enjoy the view & breeze. The washer & dryer are small capacity. Adding a larger capacity washer & dryer would help tremendously with the volume of towels & clothing washed for 30 people. These 2 suggestions would complete the perfect beach house ��

Great for big Families
This home is great for huge families like mine. They accommodated when asked to heat up our pool. One of the closet door handles on the first floor was loose. And washer and dryer did not work well towards the end of our stay. The water did not drain from the washer, and the dryer took 3 times to actually dry our clothes.

Family Vacation
The house was amazing for our large family. There were plenty of beds and private space. The short walk to the beach was perfect. My only complaint was the cockroaches. The smallest was about 2 inches and the largest was at least 5 inches. I lost count on how many we killed but it was a lot.

Great Beach House
We had a wonderful family reunion in this house. It was perfect. We filled every bedroom and enjoyed having two living room spaces. It had a huge kitchen with lots of pans and dishes. (It needs a new can opener and a few more food storage containers for left overs.) It was clean and tidy. Although it could have been swept out a little better in the front bedroom. The rental company is organized and prompt on their response. I would definitely rent this house again !!

Spacious and Modern
Everything was good at home as described in the pictures and details. Beach is next to the house and driveway is huge to park any number of cars. I am giving one star less as the pool heat system was broken when we rented and our kids were sad to not use a nice pool.They should have check the system periodically and make sure its working at least during the winter months. Management agreed to fix it next day but no one came for fixing.

Family Reunion
We had an amazing time at the Starfish House! The location was ideal and the home fit our needs very well!The kitchen was well stocked and the perfect place for the whole gang to congregate, catch up, eat and relax together. This house was perfect for our large family! We come down every August and it was our first time being able to stay in this house (after trying for a few years) and it met all of our needs!! Fully equipped, tons of room to spread out and great parking area!!

Starfish House
Awesome house that fits the needs of our growing extended family. The only addition that would make the house perfect would be to add comfortable seating to the front porch. It would be much more enjoyable to have comfy seating like rocking chairs etc to enjoy the gulf breeze & beautiful view of the gulf. The current seating is lacking & uncomfortable.

1003 Starfish Home
Our experience was amazing! The location of this property is perfect. The beach access is easy and the beach is incredible. The house kitchen and lounging areas are really nice. Lots of room outside and inside. I do feel that the house could have been cleaner upon arrival. Some of the bed sheets seemed to have sand or dirt on them. A couple of the bathrooms needed cleaned a little more, but other than that, very nice. The pool temperature and deck area were good. Pool could be updated a little with a new liner.

Offsite meeting a success thanks to Paradise Beach Homes
Members of my organization put together a beach week offsite meeting at 1003 Ariola through Paradise Beach Homes. The 11 bedroom house was clean and spacious - it fully accommodated our needs and everyone left the meeting looking forward to our next offsite (which will likely be a return visit). The staff at PBH went out of their way to ensure our unique needs were met, as we weren't the typical vacationers. However, I would highly recommend their company for those considering a beach trip to Pensacola.

Love the Starfish House
We love the Starfish House. We plan to return every year. We had 19 guests from ages 1 to 72 and it worked well for each of us. There was plenty of room.

Magical
The Starfish house was absolutely perfect. We had our wedding reception here and most of our bridal party stayed with us in the house. We loved everything about our stay, the house was clean and there were tons of bedroom space for all of us to stay and we weren't on top of each other. The beach access was right across the street, which is where we had our ceremony, very convenient! Jodi was so helpful and accommodating with wedding preparations. Our day was just magical. The decking around the pool was perfect amount of space for us to set up tables for the reception and the tiki bar was perfect setup for our bartender. I have no complaints about our stay! We have already started discussing renting this again in the future. Awesome house!

Family reunion at Thanksgiving
The house was very nice. We had small children that enjoyed the pool. Even though it was late November the weather was great. Just a short walk to the beach was a plus, also.the only problems we had were the coffee pot was broken and the oven is too small for doing much cooking. We had a great time.

The Starfish House
The was a wonderful vacation house. Everything was well organized and in its place in the kitchen making it very easy to find and put back where it belongs. The house had awesome space for gathering the entire group in one setting and a dinning table that accommodated all 14 of us. The pool was wonderful and it was cleaned everyday. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this house to any family or group.

Hoffmann Family Paradise Beach Vacation
Our beach vacation at 103 Ariola was all we were dreaming of. We have been coming for 4 years and we love our Ariola Street rentals. The weather was perfect to enjoy our beach time and the heated pool is so enjoyable when the gulf water is cold. Derek worked very hard and had our house welcoming for us. The walk around the corner to Easter mass is always wonderful. Our family filled a whole pew! We rated our vacation a 5 Star as it was awesome. The only negative comments would be floors were a little sticky in some places even after Dereck mopped them quite a few times. He cam back and did another pass with the mop and they were better. Kids in the house before us did a number on it. They also left a crack in a chair on the porch. When my niece sat in it the chair broke. We noticed the neighborhood is starting to get a bit crazy with all the high school kids renting the houses. There was a very large group in I think 1004 or 6, across left from us. They got loud and un-orderly. Walked the streets at night. We had a few really drunk boys come to our door attempting to come in thinking they were staying in our house. We picked up trash on the beach that was left after a large group of kids trashed the beach with their drinks and beers cans. We love the beach and don't want to lose the ability to have a beautiful place to take our kids to. But overall our Easter Family Vacation was absolutely wonderful. We love Derek and all the really nice and helpful ladies at the Paradise office. We hope to keep coming to see you for years to come. Our only real disappointment at the end of this trip was finding out that our house was already rented for next Easter! It is the perfect house for our family and we love it.Thank you all!!!

2017 Spring Break
We had 6 families stay a week at this property and couldn't be happier with our experience. Even though we had 12 adults and 13 kids, it never felt like we were stepping on each others toes. It was a spacious and the location couldn’t be better. We would stay at the property again!

Great Home for a Reunion
This was our second gathering of family at Starfish House. The home is clean, well laid out for being together or having a bit of privacy. Large pool with plenty of deck area for lounging. Just a walk across the street, down the boardwalk to the gulf, or a quick walk to the sound side for a more wave-free setting with small children.We look forward to coming back again.

Great Vacation House for a Large Group
This property worked well for our large group providing private spaces. Heated Pool was a great alternative to the beach. Beach access was fantastic. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. Property could have been maintained and cleaned a bit better. More linens would have been nice too.Service before during and after from Management company and owner was excellent.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We loved the house! The rooms are huge and most have private bathrooms which is great when you have a large group. Trash pickup twice a week or additional trash cans would be a great help though.

The Best Home & Experience
We rented this home for our annual family reunion of 1st cousins. We have 17 ladies from 51-81 years of age. The stairs were easy for the elderly to climb, we had a table large enough that we could all sit together and share a meal, everyone had a bed to sleep in, plenty of room & bathrooms. The kitchen was very welled stocked and it was nice to have 2 refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers & industrial ice maker. The house has the best of both worlds with a great beach/water views, very short walk to the beach/water and a very nice private pool. It is a very nice home, comfortable, well decorated, & the staff at Paradise Beach Homes was very helpful, kind & pleasant. We loved our beach goodie bag! We loved it so much that we are booking the home again next year for our annual "Beach Hen Party."

Awesome House for Wedding/Reception
This is an awesome house. Wehad wedding and reception here last weekend. The beach access is right across the street from the house. About 30 of my family members stayed in the house and it felt like we could've fit many more in it. Each room is beautifully decorated and spacious. The only thing I wish would have been better was the backyard-wayyy to dark at night. It has no lights around the pull or tiki bar area. If the owners had lights around pool area, the house would be perfect.

August family vacation
Very nice new house and our family had a fun week. Lots of bedrooms and everyone had plenty of space. Pool vas very nice and I liked the way someone came to check it every morning. Minor negatives: small chests in bedrooms where a larger dresser would be better. No coat hangers in closets so clothes storage was a problem. One closet did not have a clothing rod. Not enough chairs in the living room. House for large number of people but only three dark leather sofas to sit on. No bookcases or tables or ottomans. Very sparse furnishings for the price. Had a super ice machine and second fridge was great. Need a bar area

Home away from home
Awesome location on the beach. Can take photos of the ocean from the front deck- sunrises & sunsets unreal. The home is very spacious & comfortable for a large group. The back pool & bar were even useful for our large group after leaving the beach late in the afternoon. We would book this house again without any hesitation....absolutely loved it!

Dirty floors
The floors are very dirty, dishes had to be rewashed before using, pool had lots of sand it, but was cleaned the next day, garbage cans stayed full until we complained and the management company picked garbage up. TV set in main room did not work until it was repaired, floors were so sandy we had to wear shoes in the house. We liked the location, the owner and the ice machine. Showers are dirty.

Best house on the beach!
We visited with our large extended family - Great Grandparent to Great Grand children. 27 of us in total. Great house, very well laid out, beautiful pool and easy access to the Gulf Beach or the Sound side of the island if you wanted very calm waters. Also wrote a review on with more details - we have been coming to the Pensacola Beach area for over 25 years. We have stayed in condos, townhomes as our family grew up and now our children have their own. This house was be best and we hope to be back soon.And Paradise Beach Homes office was up for the task on Saturday - well staffed and made for a very smooth/quick check-in we have ever had.

Very happy with the Starfish House!
This was a great house and in great condition! We would definitely rent this house again. It is a very short walk to the beach, not on the beach and we were about a mile or so from restaurants and bars but other than that, it was perfect. It had tons of closets and no hangars so bring your own hangars. :)
