My family and I got to see a sea turtle nest hatch not more than 50 yards from our condo!! 97 baby turtles made it to the water with the help of volunteers.

This condo is perfect for families.
We love this condo. All amenities provided washer/dryer, Crock pot, coffee pot. Easy access to the beach outstanding views from balcony. Owner is incredible. This was our 2nd year coming back next year

Wonderful location!
The view was amazing! We could walk out our balcony and the beach was right there! We even saw dolphins as we were standing in the living room! The condo was clean, cozy, and well equipped! Greg was helpful and always available to answer questions! We had a wonderful time! Would stay here again!

Perfect Condo right on the beach
This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were so nice to have on vacation and we didn't have to waste time going to a laundry mat. Greg was so friendly and even called after we left to ensure we had a great time.

If you are coming to Pensacola Beach, come to PENSACOLA BEACH. There is no unit that sits closer to the water. Don't come all this way to have a 'peek-a-boo' view of the beach, enjoy a 180 degree view of water as far as you can see. Watch the dolphins splash and play from the relaxation of your balcony. Have a glass of wine while the kids play in the sand, always in view. Maybe take a stroll in the morning with the friendly fearless crane that often comes by. This is the type of place where memories are made.
As for the unit itself, enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in a pillow top king size mattress while listening to the ocean waves through the beach front window or relax in the second bedroom on a plush queen sized bed. All bedrooms have a TV. If you need to reconnect with the real world for just a bit, secure WIFI is included. The building was rebuilt in 2007 and has just been updated and repainted in 2014. All necessary cooking utensils, glassware, and flatware are provided, as is all bedding and towels.
Take a short courtesy trolley ride in the summer down to the boardwalk for food, drinks, water activities, miniature golf, go-karts and more.
