This condo was the nicest we've ever stayed in. Very nice, clean, and equipped with everything you need to cook your family a meal. The balcony was perfect! We had several dinners out there in the evening and in the morning you can see the dolphins playing in the ocean. The beach decor throughout the condo just topped it off! The owner was very helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Place to Stay!!
Could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful unit! Our family of 4 enjoyed this spacious, comfortable, well kept condo. We appreciated the luxurious feel of this home with its granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, tile floors and lovely furnishings. Plenty of bathroom counter space for 4 in each of the 2 bathrooms as well. All amenities that you could possibly want were included, even a Keurig! The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and space (king in master and two queens for our teenagers!). The living room was inviting where we enjoyed the TV and fun games conveniently provided. The enormous balcony patio with it's incredible oceanfront view of the Gulf could not be beat! You have thought of everything: wonderful chaise, plenty of seating and a huge dining table! We could have spent all week enjoying the 18th floor view from there if the beach wasn't calling! Speaking of the beach, the icing on the cake was the umbrella and 2 chaise lounge chairs that come with the unit. Every morning they were set up for us to enjoy until dinner time. All we needed to do was unload our beach towels and enjoy our cold drinks. Really made our time on the beach even better and located so close to the waves. Easy covered parking and quick elevators. Also greatly appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer which made for a lot less work when arriving home. This unit truly had everything that our family looks for in a vacation stay. Had great communication with Bill who provided very detailed information and made the process foolproof. Would love to stay again in the future. Thanks to Bill and his family for a memorable week in PCB!!

Amazing
This was a roomy, comfortable, beautiful, well equipped condo. Absolutely amazing views. Best vacation spot EVER! Our family of six were comfortable the entire time. First vacation spot where we did not feel boxed in. Thank you so much to the Hanigs for sharing your amazing condo with us. Sitting on the HUGE balcony was my favorite pastime.

Very nice condo with beautiful ocean view
The condo is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four. The large balcony overlooking the ocean and beach was very nice. Unfortunately mother nature brought us a lot of algae during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the water as much as we were hoping. The two beach chairs and umbrella that's included with the condo is nice to have though. The in unit washer and dryer and reserved parking space made it very convenient. I would recommend Bill's condo to anyone staying on Panama Beach.

Unit 1804 in Twin Palms. Reserved parking, Reserved Beach Chairs, Beautiful Condo. We hope you feel relaxed and blissful during your stay. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with no expense spared to provide for your comfort and vacation.
The Master has a King size bed with luxurious bedding and a brand new mattress. Perfect to sink into after a sun soaked day at the beach. The master bath has a beautiful floor to ceiling tile shower with a spa vibe. We hope you appreciate the detail as much as we do.
The 'Kids room' fits 2 Queen beds comfortably and they too are brand new down to the sheets. The 'kids bathroom' also got an upgrade with a new vanity and bead board to give it that beach vibe.
Each room offers flat screen TV's. There is a brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to allow 8 to rest their heads from a day at play on the sugary white sands and in the crystal blue waters. The unit is equipped with wireless to keep you up to date with the 'outside world' while on vacation. There is a 50' Flat screen in the living room along with board games and a video library to occupy your time if you must stay in from too much fun in the sun.
Brand new Stainless Steel appliances will make your work in the kitchen less of a chore and more of a joy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make family meals or a 'low country boil'.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Unit also has a reserved parking space near elevator. One beach service chair rental set-up is included.
This is our personal condo that we enjoy with our family. We have designed this around our families needs and hope that it will meets yours as well. We hope you enjoy your stay and come back and see us!
