My fiance' and I stayed in this unit this month. There were several "small" issues that have caused us to never want to rent from this owner again. First off, when we booked, we were told that two beach chairs and an umbrella rental were included for the week. When we took the confirmation to the beach representative, we were told that the owner didn't renew the rental. Therefore, we could pay $40 a day or buy our own! This was one of the main reasons that we booked this unit. So that we didn't have to incur additional expenses. Secondly, the ad that we booked upon said that a washer and dryer was available in the unit. Being that we were only supplied with 4 towels, we need to wash and dry every day. However, the dryer takes about 12 hours to dry just two towels. When we contacted the management company and they contacted the owner, we were told the dryer works fine, it's just slow. Well, this is worse than slow. We have to restart the dryer every hour and it still takes 12 hours. On top of this issue, the TV remote barely works! We went out and purchased batteries for it and we still can only get it to here and there. We would never rent from this owner in the future!

Great Time!!
On vacation for a week. Condo was clean and loved being on the 4th floor. The bed was soo comfortable!!! Owner was easy to deal. Enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Now, throw on your bathing suit and enjoy a day of fun in the sun by either of the two 4,300 square foot lagoon pools.
Tidewater rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Beach services are available for a fee paid to the resort. Enjoy lunch at Liza's Munchies located just above the front desk (they also provide room service!) In the evenings, cookout on the available grills, soak in a sunset at the hot tub and enjoy a movie with the family in the media room.
Tidewater is only a half mile and within walking distance from the fabulous Pier Park shopping and entertainment center which boasts a mix of dining, retail and entertainment opportunities.You'll find the Frank Brown Recreational Park just minutes away.
Welcome to the beach! This unit features a master bedroom with a king bed and private in suite bath, a set of twin bunks in a bunk room, plus a second full bath! The family room also has a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 6, and both the master bedroom and the family room have TVs and DVD players.
This unit also offers high-speed Internet access and its own washer and dryer for your convenience. The upgraded kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops and offers every modern convenience. The dining room table and additional seating at the bar looks out through the family room to the sugary white sand and emerald green waters.
