I had read some bad reviews on this unit 1413 at tidewater but was assurred by Panhandle Getaways it had been updated last summer maybe they meant to say DOWNGRADED it was terrible furniture worn out stained up old broken dishwasher broken paint peeling from everywhere vac. cleaner had only 3 wheels plus wasn't any good anyways fridge not cold one microwave had stopped working so instead of taking it out to replace it they just sat another one on counter which was broken too much to even go into but the owners truely don't care about howit looks niether do the companies that rent it out. They charge as though its a great unit stay away from unit 1413 at the tidewater.you must rate it to submit but there is no negative star

With so many wonderful amenities available at Tidewater Beach Resort you won�t know what to do first! Start your day gazing at the stunning views from your private balcony with a cup of coffee from the Rocky Shore Coffee Company, located on-site, before heading out for the day. Enjoy a great workout in the state of the art fitness center and a steam in the sauna. Now, throw on your bathing suit and enjoy a day of fun in the sun by either of the two 4,300 square foot lagoon pools.
Tidewater rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Beach services are available for a fee paid to the resort. Enjoy lunch at Liza's Munchies located just above the front desk (they also provide room service!) In the evenings, cookout on the available grills, soak in a sunset at the hot tub and enjoy a movie with the family in the media room.
Tidewater is only a half mile and within walking distance from the fabulous Pier Park shopping and entertainment center which boasts a mix of dining, retail and entertainment opportunities.You'll find the Frank Brown Recreational Park just minutes away.
Welcome to the beach! The master bedroom in this unit has a king size bed and private in suite bath while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second private bath. The alcove offers a set of twin bunks and access to the 3rd hall bath. The queen sofa sleeper in the family room allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8.
The upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with every modern convenience for your stay! The living area overlooks the beautiful Gulf and features a 32-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. The expansive balcony stretches the width of the condo, just off the living room and master suite, allowing you the most spectacular views of white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. This unit has free WIFI and has its own washer/dryer for your convenience.
