We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & accommodating. It was perfect for our family of 7. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. We watched dolphins swimming in the ocean twice. Just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Heavenly
We had a great time staying at Mistral #18. The view from the living room/balcony is fabulous. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and ate almost exclusively on the balcony. We love the beach here because it is very shallow until you get about 100 yards off shore. The kids are able to play in the water without worry. The layout is great and slept all 6 of us comfortably. It felt very spacious.The only downside was climbing 3 flights of stairs to get up to the unit. We had packed in large suitcases, so hauling these up 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Had we realized we would have packed in smaller suitcases! Also the balcony has a very pronounced slant which is a bit disconcerting. Also, the stairs up to the master bedroom in the loft are very steep. A person with limited mobility would find them a challenge.All in all was a great vacation. Management company was very responsive. We needed a broom and it showed up within 15 minutes. A coffee table was broken when we arrived and the maintenance guys worked overtime to fix it so I wouldn't have to worry about the kids damaging it further.

Mistral is Awesome
We stayed in the 3rd floor and the complex doesn’t have an elevator. That would be the end of the “ cons”. Right on the beach, balcony with an awesome view, love the way the condo is laid out, restaurants nearby, and great management.

Gulf front property
This is a quiet area in January and February. Gulf front view. Never tire of the water view! Always exciting to spot a few dolphins from time to time. And we meet so many nice couples who become friends. It’s an awesome way to soak up the different climate from our home state of Minnesota.

A break from winter
A Gulf front property! Waking up every day to the Gulf of Mexicois a plus. We never tire of the view. Our time there ( 7 weeks beginning January 15th) is quiet and peaceful. A perfect way of recharging before heading home to Minnesota. And we meet so many nice couples!

Mistral 18 new years 2019
This was just what I was looking for, a nice rental on the beach away from bigger cities. It was in my budget and still right on the beach. We want to go back.

FLORIDA PANHANDLE VACATION 2018
A great location gulf side and a learning experience for the area. Our 7th visit here and we have always found a marine species each year that we had not seen on the beach during previous stays. Absolutely love the gulf view from the balcony.
