7 of us came for the Gulf Coast 70.3 Ironman race. The place was awesome and just like the pictures. The resort was great and right in the beach. Communication with Trina was quick and easy and we were able to check in early to get the vacation started!

Came for Beach Blast....
I brought the family and 2 other couples, (9 in total)... I can honestly tell you that we had one of the most memorable and ENJOYABLE times. - The place was BEAUTIFUL. Its was SPOTLESS, just like in the pictures, and Trina was more than accommodating, The resort was top notch - plenty of security, the pool, beach, walkways, chairs were all nice and clean. - There is honestly nothing i can say negative about this condo or its owner... - If you are gonna stay in Panama City Beach, save yourself the headaches with worrying whether or not your place is going to be clean, or if your condo is in the middle of "party central".... Stay here, dropped your bags, and just FLOP for the next few days!

We had time of our lives at Edgewater Resort ,everything about condo,owner and beach is at the highest level of exelence . I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay there and Trina is best and always available. Thanks Trina !!!

Choose this 3bd/3ba beachfront condo and you will have one of the nicest updated and cleanest on the beach! This spacious Gulf Front floor plan has been updated throughout. There are 2 MB with a King in each. One MB is beachfront with sliding door leading to the balcony. It also have a new tile walk in shower. New double sink separate vanity area. The other 2 bathrooms have new vanity/cabinets.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The LR has a new Queen Sleeper Sofa & Love Seat. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. All rooms has new Flat Screen Cable TV's. DVD Player in LR. We also provide our guest Free Wi-Fi The new modern kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. New weathered wood look tile floors throughout mean no nasty carpet. This condo has unobstructed views of the emerald gulf waters and pristine white sandy beaches. All Bed Linens & Bath Towels, Kitchen towels are provided. Bring your own Beach Towels.
