This place was perfect for our family vacation. The listing was very accurate. Effie provided a thorough tour when we arrived, and was very accommodating when the air conditioner went out! There was plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing for the 12 of us (6 kids ages 2-11). The courtyard was ideal for barbequeing, the screened in porch for morning coffee, the outdoor showers for rinsing off from the beach and the closeness of the ocean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if I revisit that part of Florida. We enjoyed Gulf World, Margaritaville, Sharkeys, and Salty Sues.

Great House, Great Location
My family of 12 had a wonderful stay at this house the week of July 2-9, 2016. There was plenty of room for 3 separate families and for each to have their own privacy. The house had beautiful costal decor throughout the house (the pictures do not do this house justice) and all of the beds were so comfortable. I can't say enough about how equipped the kitchen was, anything you could possibly need, the kitchen had it. There were so many towels available, we never ran out. The family really liked the 2 outdoor showers, that was a blessing coming in from the beach along with the 2 beach carts that were available to us. I just can't say enough about this house, it was a wonderful surprise and we will definitely rent it again if we come back to Panama City Beach. Great Family Home
This was a wonderful family friendly property. We really enjoyed the front screened porch and the short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the home was well stocked with all the essentials. The added touches such as two outdoor showers, a clothesline area out back for wet towels and swimsuits, and an upper deck in the trees were just of a few of the perks. We enjoyed our stay and love this area since it is a little quieter than the other end of Panama City beach, yet still convenient to everything that Panama City has to offer. A great beach house!
The Lean-To had everything we needed for our stay. It is in excellent maintenance condition as well. Lots of living space in addition to the 4 bedrooms. And the one-block walk to a gorgeous beach is hard to beat! Convenient to evening fun in Panama City beach (though we hit traffic going east) and Watercolor/Rosemary Beach area.

This amazing home sits on a large corner lot and is only one block from the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sandy beach. After a day in the sun and surf, retreat to your private screened in front porch to relax and catch the afternoon breeze. The tranquil front porch is also a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee and eating breakfast.
With sleeping capacity of 12 and open living spaces, the “Lean-To” is perfect for large family gatherings and fun getaway weekends at the beach. From the private parking pad, you enter the house through the Florida room, which connects the main part of the house to the second level. The Florida room features a queen sleeper sofa and access to the back porch/courtyard.
In one direction, the Florida room flows into the dining room and family room. The dining room table seats eight and the galley bar seats four. The family room has a 42” LED HD TV and DVR with Comcast Cable high speed internet. The spacious kitchen is located off of the dining room and has all new appliances and quartz countertops with a galley bar overlooking the family room. The family room door opens to the screened porch.
Also on the main level is the master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a modified trundle bed and private bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom on the main level is fitted with a queen size bed. Directly across the hall is the bathroom (shower only). The laundry closet, with a new washer and dryer, is on the main level.
On the other end of the Florida room, you will find the staircase leading to the two upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32” LCD HD TV with DVR, and opens onto a deck with table and chairs. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a bathroom with tub and shower between the two bedrooms. All bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, have been renovated.
