Minimum StaySplash 805W is Excellent for so many reasons
This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! It is beautiful, well-maintained, and has an outstanding location. I have found that West is Best at Splash So first, I want to give the pros of the location because it's something I couldn't comprehend until being there. There are two buildings there and the west building is over the waterpark, heated pool, hot tub, and arcade, so it is by far the better building anytime, but especially in the winter. This unit is so close to the elevators but we didn't hear people there at all. We didn't think about this before coming, but the other benefit of that is that it was so easy to maneuver the luggage cart in that location because we didn't have to turn any corners or go down a narrow walkway with it. The view was gorgeous. We spent time on the balcony, but we know that we wouldn't had we rented a higher floor. Now for the particular unit...First off, the entrance on this unit is bigger than other similar units I have stayed in. The way you enter from the side of the hall enabled us to have a place to put our beach stuff near the door. When we stayed at similar units, we came straight in and then had to trip over our beach stuff all week. The hallway is very wide so the bunks in the hall are not intrusive at all. The unit feels and looks enormous in person. I couldn't get over it. It was clean, very very clean. The lighting is great and the living room furniture is new and beautiful. At the time of this posting, the pictures didn't show the new furniture. For example, there was a red couch in the pics when we booked but there was a beautiful blue leather couch in the unit. It was well equipped, the bed was VERY comfortable, and we really had the feeling that the owners cared to give their guests an awesome vacation by equipping the unit with everything we would need and keeping it in perfect condition. Things we noticed that were above others were that there was a high chair, there was a drop leaf table, which we enjoyed playing games on, there was wiring shelving in the laundry room so we had a place to put our groceries. Just so fantastic that I can't convey how nice it was to have everything taken care of and to not have the stress and annoyance that happens when there are condition issues that give you the feeling that the owner could care less about your satisfaction. It was just an amazing vacation and condo.

Your kids will love it and so will you, watching them have so much fun at this brand new Disney-like Resort, called SPLASH. This resort includes four very different style swimming pools, each designed for a different age group, and all Gulf front.
You will find a swimming area for the young or the young at heart, with interactive water park features, including water cannons, twisting slide, water umbrella, tipping bucket and more. This area also has a larger pool and hot tub. All of this is overlooking 400 feet of white sugar sand beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Grab one of the provided inner tubes and float down the beautifully landscaped Lazy River pool. There is also an adult pool with cabana bar, tables and chairs.
Little Tike Water Play area is a fence enclosed, outdoor carpeted play pool area with fountains and interactive toys for the younger children. Barbeque pits in this area allow you to barbeque, while keeping an eye on the kids.
Lay beside the pool or in it if you like, and watch the nightly outdoor movie (seasonal) presented for your enjoyment...Strictly PG.
An arcade provides hours of entertainment, with video games, iron claw machine, 2 mini bowling alleys and more. Of course, it all overlooks the beach, Gulf and water park pool.
The exercise room provides a variety of state of the art equipment for a good workout. Naturally, it overlooks the Gulf.
This unit boasts a great floor plan and can comfortably sleep up to 9, featuring a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest, both of which include TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, affording you the opportunity to wake up to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of the gorgeous Gulf. The bunk area adds room for three, with two twins and a trundle, making for a great place for the kids! Queen sleeper is also housed in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and washer and dryer inside the unit for your added convenience.
Splash is located in Panama City Beach and on the west end of Front Beach Rd, just 15 miles from the Panama City International Airport. The renovation of Front Beach Road brings sidewalks, bike paths, tropical landscaping, and a public trolley system for transportation. You�ll find exhilarating attractions including museums, theaters, galleries, parks, restaurants, and upscale retail shopping opportunities at the new Pier Park. You will love the fact that the west end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the rest of the area, yet still close to everything.
