Thank you for offering your condo for others. This vacation was amazing! The view was beautiful. Our kids loved the bunk beds and stuffed animals. Every meal was eaten on the balcony. We truly hope to be back again!

Beach chairs were a fabulous bonus
This was our first visit to Panama City and we will definitely be back. We loved Splash and all the kid friendly areas. The beach chairs were a fabulous bonus! We saw stingrays, a baby shark, sea cucumber and tons of sand dollars. Lots to do and great places to eat!

AMAZING time.
We had an AMAZING time here. Randy & Joy were wonderful to work with. Our family will give 10/10 to do business with the Carlisles over & over again. The condo in general was very well maintained and very clean. The room was nice and exactly in our price range! Great Christian people to work with!

We have personally paid in advance for 2 sets of daily beach service March-October. You will have 2 umbrellas and 4 padded chaise lounges set up on the beach each day of your stay - weather permitting. This is a $500.00 value already included in your vacation and only offered with our condo. This will save you from hauling so much stuff to the beach. Take your cooler, towels, sunglasses, sunscreen and enjoy you time while watching the waves roll in.
This is our favorite condo with 3 king beds each with a balcony off the bedroom. We added twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom. No Smoking, we do not rent to smokers, so please do not send us a request if you smoke. Maximum of 8 adults, plus children and up to 2 babies for a total of 12. We recommend 6 adults and up to 5 small children plus one infant in a pack and play. Kitchens are fully equipped with major and minor appliances. Queen sleeper in condo recommended for small children or small adult. We have had adult couples sleep on it and say it is very comfortable. Linens and pillows for sleeper. POOL bands are required in the pool area to everyone over the age of 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please do not leave your children in the pool alone. No Lifeguards on duty. $20.00 registration fee upon arrival covers all guest in the condo. All children under 4 required to wear swim diapers in pool area.
About The Area
Splash is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are near the new Airport if you decide to fly in. Pier Park is just a few miles away with great Resturants and Shopping. There is also a Dave and Busters or Theater if you have a rainy day and need an indoor activity.
You can always charter a boat for deep sea fishing or swim with the dolphins. Gulf World is also a great place to be up close and personal with sea life.
House Rules
We rent to people over 25. No Smokers, no pets or animals. We ask no live or dead animals from beach. No deep frying fish or shrimp boils....it stinks up the condo and the next guest will not be happy. We ask you not make a mess with any frying in the condo.
No items can be placed on the rails and nothing can be dropped over (it is a Felony in the State of Florida)
I think quiet time is after 10PM and before 8AM
Suitability
This condo is great for 3 couples and up to 5 children. The 3 king beds all with large balcony doors and ocean view make each room feel like a master suite.
