Minimum Stay“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
My wife and I have stayed in numerous places around the world. I can't say we've stayed in a worse place than this. Having owned a motel ourselves, we would never let guests come into a place that was in this condition. Dirty: Owner claimed she paid a woman 6 hours to clean it up. Two frying pans that were totally disgusting. Kitchen dishes weren't clean, we had to wash every thing. I'd fire the cleaning person. Disrepair: Big hole in a kitchen cabinet, broken tile, broken kitchen utensils,broken screen. Discovered dishwasher wasn't working. Owner said previous renters said it was working fine. Got indignant when we told her it wasn't working, the reason the dishes weren't clean. Dishwasher ultimately had to be replaced by onsite maintenance person. Dust balls hanging from the ceiling, floors filthy, dirty comforter, downright disgusting couch. I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay in a place like this and other parties staying here at the Summit condos referred to the owner as a slum lord. We paid $1200 per month in advance. Couldn't get a refund. For sure, we know of a couple hundred other units at the Summit, people were paying below $1000 per month. Wouldn't rent from her again in a heartbeat. We found another unit at the Summit to rent for next winter and there are plenty to view that are a whole lot nicer.

“Awesome Stay”
I took my daughter last summer and it was a great trip. The weather was perfect, the room was great and made wonderful memories. The owner is honest and nice.

Susan, who booked us, was very professional and a great person to work with. As we learned over the process of dealing with her, she is very trustworthy. The condo was in better condition than the pictures showed and we had a great time! I will be booking with her again next year!

Susie's condo was great . My family and I enjoyed staying. She responds very quickly and answers and questions you may have very nice woman . We have recently booked for the end of April and can't wait !

This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo is located in The Summit on the center of the building, just above the pools. The view of the gulf is stunning. This gulf-front condo is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals. A microwave oven, blender and automatic coffee-maker serve your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker. A private washerdryer is ready for your clothes. There are two color television sets with cable, a VCR/DVD player, and a stereo, a free WiFi is also provided in this condo for your convenience. With a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, each unit will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are all included. parking is beach front instead of aross the street. Turn the key and start your vacation.
