Stunning; Highly Recommend
There are two words that describe the penthouse – spacious and luxurious. It is very well and tastefully furnished and accessorized. The penthouse is not only spacious but the balcony that wraps around the building is huge! It was a great place to vacation and entertain guests. The owner, Carter, and the management company, Southern Rentals, were very good to work with and very accommodating. Gorgeous view, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, WiFI worked great; everything was wonderful! We highly and unequivocally recommend this place! We plan to return next year.

Just Beautiful
My family and I stayed here and had a great time. The place is beautiful, as the photos show, and the convenience to the beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants made it so easy to enjoy every minute of our stay there. This penthouse has great views, all on one level, and very clean. The balcony is HUGE and we spent every evening out there. My 81 year old parents had no problem getting to the beach each day without the hassle of steps or long treks across the sand. We were blessed with good weather and clear blue water. I would definitely make this a yearly rental if possible.

Awesome Condo!!!
We were looking for somewhere to stay that could accommodate our entire family. We had 8 adults, one of them being confined to a wheelchair, and we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There was enough room to maneuver the wheelchair easily which made it easy for my dad to have some independence. The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. I contacted Carter a couple of times with questions and he was very quick to answer. I wanted this trip to be perfect since it might be my dads last vacation and Carter along with the staff at Southern Resorts made that possible. I read many reviews and looked at many, many condos before booking this one. I am so glad I chose this one. I will definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed!!!
