Some of our college roommates from 1973-74 met at Fanta-Sea Beach Home for a reunion. It is breathtaking - the decor is absolutely incredible. Everything about the home and location is like a dream. We went kayaking, spent time at the beach, soaked in the sun, played tennis, played games - had the most wonderful time together. This is an amazing place to have a large family or just a few friends. The memory of this vacation will be one of my fondest ever. Again - the home is absolutely amazing!

GREAT vacation!
We spent a wonderful week at this home. We had plenty of large areas for time spent together with our group for meals, games, movies and visiting. We had our own private space too. There were 11 of us and we had more room than we needed! The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to eat many of our meals at the house. The beach is just a short walk and was wonderful! There were plenty of things to do nearby. We spent lots of time at the house because we enjoyed its amenities. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We'd love to go again!

Beautiful & relaxing.....Everything you need!!
We recently returned from our stay in the GORGEOUS home!! There were 11 people in our party & this home accommodated all of us perfectly - obviously with room to spare. The community this home is located in is so friendly & offers great ammenities. The kids enjoyed the basketball courts, tennis courts & just riding the golf cart around the property. There is a great breakfast cafe, a t-shirt/souvenir shop, & the Lakefront restaurant all in the community within walking distance. There is even an adorable little church for those wanting to attend on Sunday. But, back to the house - everything we needed was there, including 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, cooler, boom box, etc..........Each bedroom has its own bathroom & you have to see the decor to truly appreciate it!! On the day of our departure, we were all talking about planning another trip & hopefully staying here!! The owner also has 2 beach chaisr & umbrella reserved on the beach just for this home - and its located right as you step off the beach access which couldnt be any more convenient!! Should you choose to venture out of the community, there are many delicious restaurants close by, also a grocery store & ABC store. I would also recommend going to Seaside during your visit as well - lots of great shops & restaurants - highly recommend the Great Southern in Seaside & Amichi's Italian Restaurant - about 5 miles from this home. You will not regret staying in the beautiful home!!

So much to do in such close proximity!
I really enjoyed my time here! I loved how much there was to do all within walking distance. The beach is a couple minutes' walk away, one of the community pools is right next door, and there's a little lake right behind the house. Talk about a perfect setup! I was here with family for a family reunion and there was plenty of room for our large family of 30+. The bunk bed loft area was great for all the kids and all the rooms were decorated beautifully. I loved the different themes in each room. The kitchen was amazing as well. Very well done and plenty of room for everybody. There's fun things to do if you go into town, but the little community has enough to keep everyone busy and happy as well. Loved the time I spent there. No complaints!

OUR FANTA-SEA is a high-end beach house which boasts 6 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The 3rd floor has an additional living space and play area for children, teens or adults. It includes 12 full size bunk bends, a game table, couch, TV, VCR, games and a full bath. This amazingly designed beach house sleeps 22 in beds. Perfect for your extended family or friends to gather and enjoy the lake/ beach and each other. Professionally decorated with McKenzie Childs furnishings, this is truly a unique beach home designed for distinguishing guests who are looking for a memorable beach experience where family traditions are anticipated each year. This home is situated on Lake Carillon and only a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Lake Carillon on the upper deck or sit around the custom fire pit in the back after dark. We also have for your use, two kayaks, and two bikes (used at your own risk), and two ocean side beach chairs with umbrella. When you get to the beach, look for the name Our Fanta-Sea on the chairs.

This beach house is located in the gated, Gulf-front community of Carillon Beach which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool, which is one lot away from OUR FANTA-SEA. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, play ground and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers to patrol the grounds to insure the safety of our guests. This is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting memories are created.
