The Celadon Beach Resort is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and is located directly on the beach. Celadon is a family-friendly resort and provides the ultimate beach vacation experience. This resort offers one indoor/outdoor heated pool with a hot tub on the club side and another partially covered pool with hot tub on the beach side. Other CBR amenities include: Free Wi-Fi; Free covered parking; Fitness center; Tennis court; Gazebo with picnic tables, grills and on-site rental services for beach lounge chairs, jet skis and other water activities.
Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine as you relax on your private balcony and watch the boats, dolphins, or a breathtaking sunset. Our unit offers views to the East and West as far as you can see.
This 18th floor, nicely decorated unit, will comfortably sleep six with a queen size bed in the master suite, a full size Lazy-Boy sofa sleeper in the living room, and twin bunk beds in the hall. This unit also features two full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining area, living room, washer and dryer and a private balcony. We also provide two beach chairs in the unit for your use. In the fall of 2012 we replaced all the flooring to matching tile throughout.
The Celadon Beach Resort is conveniently situated near all the local attractions and venue such as the Museum of Man in the Sea, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Frank Brown Park and is only 10 minutes from Panama City International Airport. To the west of CBR is SandDestin Outlet Mall only a 30 minute drive. 30A Scenic route is just around the corner where you can visit the shops, restaurants and events in the quaint small towns of Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach and Rosemary.
Our winter guest are never bored staying at the Celadon Beach Resort. CBR has various activities going on each week for our guest. Activities are posted in the main lobby. Every morning they gather for water aerobics in the heated pool. They plan get-togethers one night a week in the club house. PCB also has an abundance of activities planned for the winter guest as well. And For those who feel lucky, Ebro dog track is only 15 minutes away on hwy 79.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
• There is a processing fee with credit card payments. (3% within the USA & 4% international). Payments are to be made in US funds.
• No renters under the age of 25 per CBR HOA. Age verification is required for all renters.
• 3 night minimum is required.
• This is a Smoke free unit.
• CBR does not allow pets.
• CBR charges a one time parking fee of $10.00 per vehicle.
• A $200 Damage Deposit is required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit.
• Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. CST.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to check in will forfeit $250. Cancellations made within thirty days of check in will forfeit full rental amount.
