A lot of room and very clean!
We had 14 people total and the place was more than enough room! The inside of the house is great: nice furniture, cute decor, comfortable beds, & very spacious. But, the outside of the house is amazing! The back yard is the best feature of the house. We spent all of our free time there enjoying the patio furniture, and the pool. The place was just steps away from the beach so everyone could come and go to the beach as they please. Would recommend to anyone!! One of my favorite places I have stayed and hope to return soon. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation home
Our family of nine loved this vacation home. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and updated with everything you need. Loved the covered patio and the pool was the hot spot for the week! Location to the beach was a very short walk and the house location is perfect to stores, attractions etc. The owners and property manager are very easy and nice to communicate with. Will def stay at this property again when visiting PCB.

'Ocean Breeze' This house has just been newly renovated and has a private pool. Just 80 steps to the beach boardwalk. This is a great location south of Thomas Dr. The house has four bedrooms, two baths, new large kitchen, dining area, living room and screen Florida room with refrigerator across back of house over-looking private pool with six foot privacy fence. It has a beautiful professionally landscaped yard with covered parking for two cars and additional parking for two more cars.
There is air conditioning and free WiFi. The large kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances imported Italian tile on countertops and backsplash with eat-in area, kohler sink and built in microwave, refrigerator with water and ice in door.
The bedrooms have a king in one, two full size beds in one, Queen in one bedroom, Full in one and two sleeper sofas in living room. Sleeping a total of 14 people.
There are beach chairs and umbrella for your day at the beach.
When returning for the beach there is an outside showers conveniently located on the right side of the house.
This property is 5 min. to shopping, restaurants, golf and theme parks. This house is perfect for small to large families or share the cost between two smaller families or friends. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year.
