This condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. Especially enjoyed having two queen beds in the second bedroom. The view is amazing and the resort well kept. Will definitely return!

Great condo, great location!
This was a great condo with gorgeous ocean views. The owners are very well organized and communicate regularly during the rental process. We had a great time. The condo is nice & clean and all the appliances worked without issue. This was our first time staying in a first floor unit. It sure was nice to not have to deal with kids and stairs/elevators. Easy in/out for the little ones (and one old one - LOL). I would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo with awesome views of the ocean! Updated kitchen and master bedroom everything worked in the unit 15W no complaints! This is a bottom floor unit but we felt completely safe leaving our sliding doors open at night to hear the waves and sit out in the outdoor, spacious patio. Would definitely recommend the area close to Rosemary with shops and restaurants right across the street. Went with our high school son who had friends in the area, the pool and hot tub were a hit too and also the beach restaurant/bar was a big plus right on property! Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
We had a great vacation. The view from our condo was beautiful. I feel the condo needs a little updating throughout. It was very quite throughout our building.

You could not be closer to the sea! A true Gulf Front beautiful condo! The first thing you see, when you wake up, is the turquoise blue waters. You look at the water from the master bedroom, the living room, and the newly remodeled kitchen. We own two identical Gulf Front condos.
Our 1st floor, newly renovated condo is directly facing the beach and Gulf. Spectacular gulf panoramas! Enjoy a private covered patio with lawn, giving you privacy and a feel of a house. And inside, for eye candy, there is plenty of original art.
Sit back and listen to the waves as they roll onto the sand and enjoy the unobstructed views of the gulf. Our condos are located only steps away from the beach, the pool and the Crabby Steve’s bar and grill. We offer our guests complementary private beach service, with daily set up of two beach chairs, umbrella and side table just for you between March 1 and October 31.
High Pointe Beach is gated Gulf Front Community located next to Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest Beaches on the south side of Scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach’s main square with its lovely restaurants, shops and parks is only steps away and so is Alys Beach’s cluster of restaurants and shops. You never know when you may run into a country music star or another celebrity. Quite a few have homes here.
High Pointe Beach is one of the most well-known and well thought of Gulf Front Beach Communities on 30A, showcasing a huge, 6,000 square foot lagoon pool, baby/child pool and a large hot tub. Two composite regulation tennis courts, shuffle board courts, barbecue grills are located throughout the property and the children will enjoy the play area made just for them. Crabby Steve’s Grill and Bar is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous Gulf and sunset views. It has the best view on 30A and is a great place to grab a bite to eat at reasonable prices, without leaving the resort. We now have an easy walk over to the beach for strollers and wagons. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.
The kitchens are stocked with a full set of pots/pans, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster oven and much more. The heating and air-conditioning systems are brand new ensuring cool temps in the summer and warm in the winter. The patios have a table, 4 chairs and adjustable chaise lounge(s). We have large screen HD/LCD TVs with DVD players and free Netflix movies on demand; new mattresses.
Parking is in front of the building with easy 1st floor access (no need for elevator) and shared luggage carts.
High Pointe Beach is a 5-min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, ten miles west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach and 20 miles east of Sandestin Resort. All along 30-A there is golf, shopping and dining.
