Our 1st floor, newly renovated condo is directly facing the beach and Gulf. Spectacular Gulf panoramas! Enjoy a private covered patio with lawn, giving you privacy and a feel of a house. And inside, for eye candy, there is plenty of original art.Sit back and listen to the waves as they roll onto the sand and enjoy the unobstructed views of the gulf. Our condos are located only steps away from the beach, the pool and the Crabby Steve’s bar and grill.
We offer our guests complementary private beach service, with daily set up of two beach chairs, umbrella and side table just for you between March 1 and October 31.
High Pointe Beach is private gated Gulf Front Community located next to Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest Beaches on the south side of Scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach’s main square with its lovely restaurants, shops and parks is only steps away and so is Alys Beach’s cluster of restaurants and shops. You never know when you may run into a country music star or another celebrity. Quite a few have homes here.
High Pointe Beach is one of the most well-known and well thought of Gulf Front Beach Communities on 30A, showcasing a huge, 6,500 square foot lagoon pool, kiddie pool and a large hot tub. Two composite regulation tennis courts, shuffle board courts, golf practice net and putting green, BBQ grills are located throughout the property and the children will enjoy the play ground area made just for them. Crabby Steve’s Grill and Bar is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous Gulf and sunset views. It has the best view on 30A and is a great place to grab a bite to eat at reasonable prices, without leaving the resort.
We now have an easy walk over to the beach for strollers and wagons. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.
The kitchens are stocked with a full set of pots/pans, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster oven and much more. The heating and air-conditioning systems ensure cool temps in the summer and warm in the winter. The patios have a table, 4 chairs and 2 adjustable chaise lounge(s).
We have large screen HD/LCD TVs in each room, with DVD players and free Netflix movies on demand. Updates are done consistantly.
Parking is in front of the building with easy 1st floor access (no need for elevator) and shared luggage carts.
High Pointe Beach is a 5-min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, ten miles west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach and 20 miles east of Sandestin Resort. All along 30-A there is golf, shopping and dining.
