Beautiful condo
We stayed in 1909 for 7 days. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very accommodating for our family. There was plenty of seating on the balcony as well, which is very rare for our family but so nice! The owners were very quick to respond with the 2 questions that we had and they also put us in touch with the property manager who was very sweet and helpful. We couldn't think of a bad thing to say about this condo if we tried. There were a few things outside of the condo that aren't really complaints but may be nice to know. The chairs that are generously included in the room are not really usable if your family sets up a tent or umbrella for the day. The chairs are pretty far back from the water and people set up towels and smaller umbrellas closer to the water all in front of the chairs. This wasn't an issue for us because we enjoy the tent but if you are planning on using the chairs, be prepared that it may not be what you expect. Also, there is a company set up in this section of the beach that sells rides for jet skis, banana boats, parasailing etc. The guys working are extremely reckless on the jet skis! There were several times that they were on the outside of their markers and flying in to beach with children too close for comfort right beside them in the water. There is also a "ditch" that looked so nice, shallow and clear when we first arrived that we were letting our boys play in that water and skim board in it. A few days later it came a very hard rain, to our absolute disgust, the water was solid black and seeping a black cloud into the gulf. It was drainage from the roads and it looked awful! It did clear up by the next day but needless to say, our boys were not allowed near it. Overall it was a beautiful trip and these things would not prevent us from staying again but they may be nice to know for someone else to be prepared. Lastly, on our last day, these purple jelly fish came in and thankfully we already knew what they were. We are still unsure if they are called moon or comb jellies, but they do not sting and our boys loved picking them up. And once surrounding kids saw, they did as well. We got awesome pictures and it was very neat! We watched dolphins play every morning and the water was clear every day that we were there. There was a huge sand bar a good ways out but once you got to it, it was below your waste and you could find hermit crabs. I hope the next guests have as much fun as we did! Amazing trip!!

Excellent condo!
Renting this condo for the week was a smooth process. We arrived late so having a door code was very convenient! The owner communicated well, was very helpful and responded quickly. The kitchen was WELL stocked. The condo was very spacious even for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. We have been coming to PCB for many years and this property and this unit are by far the nicest!!

The condo we stayed in was perfect. It had a great view, was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.
