We arrived late and were greeted by a night security guard who was very friendly and was helpful in showing us to the luggage carts and then actually escorted us to our room. The area was good and never felt unsafe. When we entered the condo we were very impressed and very happy. It's a gorgeous condo, furnished very well. Had flat screens in every bedroom and in the living room. Kitchen and baths were beautiful as well. The balcony was large and overlooked both the pool and the beach. Beds were comfortable. Beach and pool access were very easy and very well maintained. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

The condo was everything we needed and expected.
Great getaway for a long-weekend with our family. The condo was everything we needed and expected. The only real issue was with the property, especially all the rules - such as no "tents" on the beach in front of the building. We'd stay at this condo again.

July 2016 Stay
We loved the condo. Beautiful, spacious, clean, modern - it was perfect. The pool is amazing and huge so you aren't right on top of people. The grounds were well kept. The security guard made everyone walk the line which I was very happy with. Unit 305 has a parking space in the garage which was very handy. We came in July 3 busy time of year. Our only complaint is we didn't get to check in until 5:30. We had worked our travel plans out to arrive at 4 so we could go straight in our room, but we had to wait for an hour and a half.

May 2016 Stay
We have stayed at Sterling Beach several times, but this was our first time in 305. We loved it! So spacious, yet cozy! It was my daughter's first trip to the beach and many special memories were made. Thanks!

The three bedroom, two bathroom “Biscayne” unit boasts 1,897 sq ft of welcoming living space. The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living room accommodating up to eight guests with comfort and ease. Unique floor to ceiling windows and private balconies offer magnificent views of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the gulf.
