Wifi, sleeps 7, Pure Serenity,comfortable privately owned, single story home two car garage, across the road from the Beautiful Grand Lagoon, . Granite counter tops Bed-rooms are furnished with queen size beds and up to date TVs and carpet. The family room is very spacious and nicely furnished with TV, stereo, Couch, and slumber bed for sleeping. After all activities of the day, enjoy the lovely furnished Solarium (porch) for your favorite drinks. This home also has a wet bar and is very private and has it's own private parking..
You will be 4 blocks from the beach, with beach access where you can enjoy the white Beach sands, Emerald waters and beautiful sun sets.

Boating lovers can launch their boat in the Lagoon from the public docks found in the neighborhood, where you can enjoy the beautiful Lagoon and visit St Andrews Public Park, Shell Island, or enjoy Fishing, Surfing, Scuba, Sailing, Sightseeing, or Jet Skiing, etc. You will be in walking distance to major restaurants and Deep Sea Fishing.

Golfing in the Panama City Beach area has been chosen as the third best 'Golf destination' in the nation.

We are located just minutes from the all new Pier Park, a l,000,000 square foot entertainment and Shopping area.

We furnish linens, towels and a fully furnished kitchen

Smoking not allowed inside the home please,only out side and don't leave butts on premises. Great place for pets, shopping and Beautiful Sun Sets.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

LOVED THE FEEL OF THE PLACE. KATHY WAS GREAT AND PROVIDED A GREAT SERVICE TO OUR FIRST FAMILY VACATION. CANT WAIT TO GO NEXT YEAR!

Location

We love the location of this property. The beach is 4-5 block walk. The farmers market is 2 block walk. Seafood market is just across the street. Grocery stores about a half mile drive. Plenty of resturants and bars near by! The house offers everything we need and Kathryn has been just wonderful to us! Thank you for having us!

Cozy and clean and fantastic location

This was the perfect location for us, away from the crowds of the beach road but very close to the national park where we took the 1 year old twice a day (early morning and late evening to avoid sun). The park has a rocked-off area so the waves aren't overwhelming. This is a stand-alone house.... when the toddler was playing and yelling I wasn't worried about annoyed neighbors, like I would have been in a condo. Kathy answered emails within hours if not immediately, she's extremely easy to work with. All tv's are updated, she has cable but we brought a media player and connected with no issues (best to bring your own HDMI and not un-attach hers). I have a 100 pound aging dog, so Kathy's house was perfect for her too.... no stairs! And it's impossible finding places that allow dogs over 20 pounds, so I'm very grateful to Kathy for that. I saw previous damage on doors from dogs so for her to still allow pets after someone let theirs damage her nice home is amazing. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after beach-time so sand isn't tracked through the entire house... I learned this after sweeping sand the first day.... The best feature: I saw 3 bucks when taking the dog for a walk... next door to her is a big chuck of undeveloped land which surprisingly hosts a family of deer.... who would have thought to see that in the city?? We definitely plan on staying here again. If you like comfy and cozy vs new and cold then this is the place for you too.

Awesome Stay

Ms. Kathy is a true southern belle. Her place is just magnificent and very relaxing. It's private and quiet yet just the right distance from anything you can imagine doing. It's within walking distance from the beach and all the good eating places. The Marina is just across the road and golf course nearby. We hope to make another stay at her place soon . Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.
