Minimum Stay“Perfect!!!!! Emerald By The Sea”
I take my niece and nephew to the beach every year. This being the first time staying at Emerald By the Sea. I absolutely enjoyed every moment of my vacation and would love to stay here again. The owner of the condominium, Larry Wis, was very respectful and nice.

“Condo Room 435”
The Condo is exactly what the description states and is perfect for kids and teenagers to enjoy the Beach and the Condo pools located near the Wyndham. The rental cost is reasonable since the Condo is located on the 4th floor, next to the elevators, next to the Stairs and next to the trash drop-off. The Master bedroom is located next to the hallway (not ocean side) and is noisy late in the night with doors closing and people talking. All the plumbing fixtures are worn but serve the purpose. The bunk beds probably have the best mattress and the other furniture probably should be replaced soon. BUT...the Condo is good for Kids and Teenagers.
