I wish there was a way to get our gate pass and code just a little earlier. We had a little hassle at the gate because it was 4:00 which is check in time. This needs a little work.

Great family vacation
My husband and I visited PCB along with my parents and our son and daughter-in-law and stayed at this unit at Edgewater. One of the best vacations ever! The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. Each bedroom had its own fabulous bathroom. The kitchen was out of a magazine and the appliances were top of the line! The unit is an end unit and the balcony goes all the way from front to back. The sunsets were incredible. We will stay here again. We had a very slight maintenance problem after hours and the owner had a serviceman come out immediately. We will stay here again!

Excellent Property
This property was a beautiful condo situated right on the beach. The wrap around balcony was so nice, though when we were there it was too windy to utilize. The owners were prompt when contacted and they were super easy to get questions answered from. The upgrades were gorgeous. The property fit our family of five very well. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will definitely return. Suggestions for improvement would be to add additional washcloths in the bathrooms and washcloths and handtowels to the kitchen. That is literally the only thing I would do to improve this property. Excellent!!

This condo has amazing views of the Beach and Sunsets. It has 2 large MB with a King in each. The 3rd BR has 2 Queen Beds. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the LR. The condo is 1847 sq ft of living space. Each BR has it's own newly updated bathroom. We offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Each BR has a new Flat Screen TV as well as the LR. All are wall mounted for easy viewing. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The condo has a full washer/dryer. All of the bed linens are furnished as well as bath & kitchen towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Edgewater has 11 total pools featuring the 11,500 sq ft Lagoon Pool. 4 Hot Tubs. Beach Front Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Edgies quick stop store with Starbucks, Par 3 Golf Course, Tennis, Basketball Court, Fitness Center. There are many other attractions & restaurants nearby.
