Wonderful Condo
Ashley T. Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Dunes of Panama. The condo is well taken care of and has been recently renovated. The condo provides a wonderful view of the pool and ocean, and is in the perfect location. The included parking space was very convenient as you aren't worrying about finding a parking spot when you return from town. The owners are wonderful to rent from, and we are excited to rent from them again!

Highly Recommend!
My wife, son, and I had a wonderful time in this condo at the Dunes of Panama. Great view of the pool and ocean. The condo was spacious, clean and in a perfect location. Covered reserved parking space just below the room was very convenient with only a single flight of stairs to climb or a short elevator ride up. From the condo you can sit on the patio (accessible from master bedroom and living room) and look at the ocean or pool. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a wonderful amenity. The owners are super nice as well. Highly Recommend this condominium!!

Spring Break Girls' Trip
We four ladies (two adults and two elementary aged children) stayed at this condo for spring break 2017. The condo was clean and was in a perfect location. Included parking is right below the condo and you can easily go up one flight of stairs or take the elevator up. From the condo you can sit on the patio (accessible from master bedroom and living room) and look at the ocean or pool. This condo is right on the beach. We chose this condo because of their included beach service (two padded beach chairs with umbrella.) It makes your beach trips so much easier and more comfortable. We used the heated pool every day which was about 100 feet away from the condo. There are two other non-heated pools. We have no complaints at all. There is a little shop near one of the pools where you can get drinks/snacks/ice cream. Condo is away from the "party" hotels so we always felt safe. Washer/dryer inside the condo is very convenient. Beds were comfortable. In one of the bedroom closets was a dryer rack which we used on the patio to dry swimsuits/towels. There were a few beach toys and we left the ones we bought also. Air conditioning worked just fine. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and a huge mall. The condo office is also right below the condo room, so you can get flyers for different places, food recommendations, etc... We arrived after the office had closed and left before the office had opened and we had no problems getting in or out as security is right out front and they are courteous and helpful. We went to the little zoo and the national park in Panama City Beach and enjoyed both. If you want a great location, clean/well equipped room, plenty of rest/relaxation, this condo room is for you. Owner was responsive and courteous.

Excellent
Excellent. Needed beach toys, they had them. Needed a boogie board, they had them. Clean, modern, well equipped. Had a parking spot available and beach loungers. Very nice and would definitely recommend and return

Enjoyed our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's condo. She was extremely easy to get in touch with and a super nice lady. Check in was a breeze .The condo was very roomy and spotless and had been updated recently.The beach loungers included were a super perk. Ryan the guy over rentals was a blast and was by very regularly to check you were ok.The weather was excellent. We hope to get back next year. Thanks Cheryl !!

Great vacation spot at the beach
The condo was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated in a beach theme. The Dunes staff are friendly and helpful; the grounds are well maintained. Location, location; from the patio we had a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the pool. We ate a a few great restaurants within walking distance, Jesse's Place across the street has a wonderful breakfast with the friendliest staff. Cheryl, the owner was very easy and accommodating to deal with. Overall, great experience and will stay here again!

EASY TO BOOK! Just call Cheryl at 813-758-4944 to reserve your dates. We contract with the on-site property management company to handle our payments, check ins/outs, housekeeping and maintenance. This simplifies the process and assures that any problems can be handled quickly on-site. We have been using this process for over 9 years, and we think you will find this to be simple and straight forward from the time you book the reservation to the time you check out.

Our condo is located on the first floor of the C building. You can enjoy the beautiful view and relax to the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. Being on the first floor, gives you easy, convenient access to the pool and beach. The stairwell is just out the front door to the right and the elevator is out to the left. You will also enjoy the reserved covered parking spot that comes with renting this condo.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled. We removed a wall in the kitchen to give the condo an open and airy feel. You will find all the necessary cooking and eating utensils for an enjoyable dinner in if you choose.
The master bedroom has a plush pillow-top mattress. You can relax in the King size bed and enjoy a view of the beach and pool or you can watch your favorite show on the 32” flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player.
The guest bedroom has two full size beds with pillow-top mattresses. It also has a 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player.
In the family room, you can relax in comfort in the two swivel rocker recliners and kick your feet up and enjoy the amazing view. Watch your favorite shows on the 50” HD flat screen TV or a movie on the DVD player. Access the large balcony that runs the width of the condo from either the family room or the master bedroom.
We have made arrangements with the on-site rental company in the C building to handle our check-ins/outs and any cleaning or maintenance issues. This assures that any problems can be handled quickly on-site. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can also give us a call.
The Dunes of Panama is a gated, beach front community with 1500 feet of prime sugar-white beach. It has three beach front pools (one heated seasonally), basketball, two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and outdoor grills. There are jet ski rentals, parasailing, and banana boat rides available on the beach for rental. You can also borrow equipment from the office to play tennis, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, Frisbee, board games, bocce, corn hole, etc. There is also an exercise room and free wireless Internet available for your use. With the Suds Weezer's sandwich shop located right on the property, you never have to lift a finger.

**Our condo association rules require our renters to be at least 25 years old or be accompanied by two parents or legal guardians for the length of the stay. This is strictly enforced.

Check-In Time: 4:00pm (Central)
Check in location 7205 Thomas Drive, Panama City, Florida 32408. Please note, arriving before 4pm CST does not guarantee early check-in. We do not change our cleaning schedule to accommodate early arrivals. However, as a courtesy to our customers should the room be ready for check-in from 3:00 pm (CST) on, the Dunes of Panama Vacation rentals will allow guests to begin checking-in. Please note that during Peak Summer 6/1 - 8/4 checking in before 4pm is very unlikely so we do not recommend arriving before 4pm (CST) to avoid a long wait. Please let the office know if you will be arriving after hours or the next day.
Check-Out Time: 10:00am (Central)
Cleaning: To ensure that the condos are well maintained, cleaning and inspections will occur after each departure. Please (A) Empty all trash cans and remove trash from the interior and exterior private balcony of condo. (B) Wash all dishes/pots/pans/silverware. (C) Place all towels in master tub/shower (D) Ensure the condo receives reasonable cleaning during your stay. (E) Leave furniture and other contents in original location and condition. (F) Before departing unit do a final look around entire unit, to include closets, drawers, W/D for any missed personal items, i.e., telephone chargers, clothing. (G) When departing, leave A/C on 72 degrees.
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $50 is required when booking. The Damage Waiver protects you and the unit’s contents for incidental damages reported to the office up to $350. The guests will be held responsible for smoking, pets in unit, any linen, towels and/or inventory loss or damaged and for any excessive cleaning required (including furniture & carpets). The damage waiver does not cover damages that occur outside of unit (i.e. elevator damage caused by horseplay resulting in service outage and service calls). The registered guest will be held liable for such damages and the cost to repair should intentional damage occur. It also does not cover Smoking or Pets in units.
Door Locks: Our doors all have keyless entry. A code will be programmed and given to you at check-in.
Pets: No Pets allowed. In the event anyone has/had a pet in a unit, guest agrees to pay cleaning and fumigation fees of $350 in addition to their Damage Waiver Fee, and pet must be boarded immediately. Eviction and forfeiture of full rent and all fees if pet is unable to be boarded.
Parking on Property: Maximum of 2 cars for all two bedrooms; 3 cars maximum for all three bedrooms during Spring Break and Peak season. All other times of the year additional vehicles must be approved by Management in advance at a cost of $10 per day per vehicle over the maximum. Absolutely no trailered vehicles, boats, jet skis, travel trailers, RVs, rented scooters, etc. are allowed to enter property. We can recommend local storage areas in advance of your arrival for those that wish to bring them.
Smoking: All units are Non Smoking. In the event anyone smokes in a unit, guest agrees to pay cleaning and ozone fee of $350 in addition to their Damage Waiver fee.
Age Requirements: 25 years of age or older. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and/or rental money and the party will not be able to check in. Eviction rules apply should parent/legal guardian leave property and occupants are unsupervised and/or occupants display undesirable behavior that may cause harm to others, damage to property or disturb the peace and comfort of others.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund less $30 Dunes of Panama registration fee if canceled at least 60 days before arrival
date.
- If canceled between 30 and 60 days before arrival date, initial $350 will be forfeited.
- No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
