We rented the two story combination of an upstairs unit connected to a downstairs unit by an interior stairway. It was perfect for the ten of us. We loved the beachfront master bedroom upstairs. Open the doors and listen to the waves rolling in. We loved the beach chair setup that was waiting for us everyday. The four big tubs full of beach toys and the dozen inflated beach toys were a big help. We could not have asked for anything better. Thanks a bunch. Stephen

Best place for a family vacation!
Perfect location! The owners are great and very thoughtful. Everything you need is there! We will definitely be going back. You can walk out your door and to your chair in the sand in just a few steps! No waiting 30min for an elevator!

Week at Fairoaks
My children and grandchildren spent the most magnificent week at Fairoaks. My grandchildren ages 2-9 made new friends and had so much fun with the beach directly access able and the adults had fun with friendly people and a very safe place to be. Fair Oaks is located within walking distance of Pier Park where there are a variety of resturants and shopping. The condo has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (hairdryers provided) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sleeper sofa for an additional bed. There is a common wooden deck overlooking the beach with comfortable beach chairs to watch sunrises and sunsets. Picnic tables and a grill are available for outdoor entertainment. There are seven condos that could be available, each has an indvidual decore but all have a basic floor plan.
Fair Oaks is also located near Frank Brown Park (less than a mile) where many youth sporting tournaments are held.
Pier Park has everything. There is over a million square feet of shopping. Stores like CHICO's, Hollister, Dillards, Abercrombie, Target, JCPenny, Nike, Victoria's Secret and CROC are just some of the stores you will find. There is a 16 screen movieplex and even a Starbucks. There are great restaurants (Margaritaville, Back Porch, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Lonestar Steakhouse and many more). There is even a Dave and Buster's at Pier Park
Favorites places to eat are the Sandbar and Dusty's Oyster Bar, both are within walking distance. The closest grocery store, Winn Dixie, is three to five blocks from Fair Oaks. A favorite place for children is Gulf World where they get to feed sting rays, watch dolphins and lot more.
