My beach home is centrally located on Panama City Beach,in tower one on the 10th floor.
Decorated in West Indies style,it has been renovated & upgraded. Recent upgrades include; a 37' Plasma flat screen TV, each bedroom with new SAMSUNG TV, wireless Internet, carpeting, & the windows have been replaced throughout. Both bathrooms have been renovated , with granite counters, vessel sinks, cabinets, & a floor to ceiling shower replacing the tub in the guest bath. These new features bring everything up to date.
The unit is fully equipped & includes a large capacity washer & dryer.
Beach Chair Service for two & beach towels for 6 are included with your rental.
It continues to have five star rating, & is maintained as such each year.
The balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen overlook the lagoon pool,two hot tubs, restaurant and bar and of course the magnificent Gulf Of Mexico. A small store on the main level serves Eddie's ice cream & Star Bucks coffee, snacks, etc. All within Edgewater's Lagoon Pool area! Many more amenities are offered,such as, tennis & golf within it's fully gated grounds attended by a security guard 24/7.

For Reservations call 770-383-0888. The required min. age of the person renting the unit is 25.
A $350.00 refundable security deposit is required to reserve & may be charged,(VISA/MC). Half of the rental payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. The total rental rate is due 30 days prior to arrival, paid by checks.
If using a credit card for the rental rate, there is a 3.5% fee.
Cleaning Fee $95+Tax
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
