Beautiful condo with an excellent location
The condo is beautiful. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. The weather was perfect. Do wish that the beach chairs that are rented were included in the price of the rental. Did not want to use the ones in the condo because afraid could not get all the sand off or dry out. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Will definitely be contacting you again.

The place to stay
We booked this property on a recommendation from a friend. The location can't be beat! Being able to walk to pier park, the big pier, and other neighboring eateries was a huge plus given the traffic in July! We were there for a baseball tournament and proximity to the ball park was great! The view of the fireworks from this unit's big wrap around balcony on the 4th of July was amazing. The building is great with 2 beautiful big pools and a great stretch of beach. Finally the unit itself was fantastic. Spotless, large, comfortable, great A/C and all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean condo!
Me, my husband and our 2 best friends just got back from a beautiful week in PCB! Pam and Bill's condo was so nice and comfortable that we all agree we'll be staying there again. Everything was as advertised and Pam was a pleasure to deal with. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely! The location is perfect... so many great places within walking distance... we barely drove anywhere. Thank you so much for offering such a nice place. We'll definitely be back!

IS ALCOHOL STILL ALLOWED ON THE BEACHY Some have the misconception that alcoholic beverages are no longer allowed on the beaches at PCB. This law only applies during March of 2016. The rest of the year alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.
