Love it!!! My family stayed @Splash 101w Labor day weekend. The condo was clean and spacious each bdroom have access to its on balcony. Very kid friendly with game rm, lazy rm, and mini waterpark. We only ran into couple bumps in condo tv in 2nd bdrm didnt work and dvd player in livingrm didnt work. Sent a message to maintenance from app they respond quickly. Dvd was replace unfortunately tv in 2nd bdrm had to stay on one channel. ...due to shortage in cord and cable signals.. But my family enjoy their stay and we will stay here in the future.

The three bedroom three bathroom unit provides 1739 sq ft of comfortable living space. The unit features accommodations for up to eight guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. The private, furnished balconies offers 340 sq ft of majestic views of the beautiful sugar white sands of the emerald coast from each bedroom and living room. All condominiums have fully-equipped kitchens, linens towels, starter kits of coffee and toiletries, clock radio, iron, dish soap, laundry detergent, and washer/dryer.
