Had a blast with family at pier park and walking the beach while kids running around laughing. Brenda and Rich were great to work with in every respect. House was roomy and came with everything we needed and more. Tv had a lot of channels and wifi was great. We will definitely be back. Thanks again guys as this on will be in the memory books. How much notice do you need to book for Summer?

Wonderful!
This year was our 11th annual "girls" trip and this house was our favorite. The house and pool was great. Rich was very helpful when making the reservations. There were a couple details that needed to be taken care of and Rich did so quickly.

We LOVED it!
We had a great experience here! It fit all of our family's needs. If we decide to return to this location next year we would rent again for sure!

Wonderful time had by all.
This place was wonderful for our family. My grandchildren, ages 9 to 1 years, really enjoyed the private pool. The adults enjoyed the privacy of the house as well as having the beach to ourselves, in comparison to the condos in the area. We also ability to cook "at home" vs taking 12 people out to eat everyday. We just bought groceries from a nearby store. Everything a person could need with regard to grocery stores, shopping, liquer stores, etc. were a short drive. The neighborhood was also VERY quiet. Another thing we truly appreciated. With several little ones, it was nice having the washer/dryer handy. Always lots of wet towels. And we didn't need to pack as many clothes. The property was well maintained and clean. I emailed the owner about some minor issue and heard back from him within 15 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would certainly go back and stay again.

Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room. Newly painted interior. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ by the pool.
It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a very short drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. . Located on the quieter west end of the beach.This is the part of the beach families want to be in.
Why would you rent a small hotel room when you can have a whole house! High speed internet. Your own private screen enclosed pool - no pool sharing here! Yes sun does go through the screen, it's just to keep the pool clean.!
