My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights and 4 days in this awesome condo as a surprise from our 3 awesome sons!! It was clean and beautiful. The balcony view was gorgeous and never disappoints in watching sunrises and sunsets! Each room has its own tv (which we didn't watch because sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea was more refreshing) and the space of the condo was very comfortable! We hope to come back again and stay at your condo as our time there was very refreshing and relaxing. Beautiful place!!!

Late September - Great Beach Weather
My wife and two daughters enjoyed a great fall break in the condo. Location was great. Elevators were fast. You don't check in at Grand Panama but go down to the management office at Pier Park. Parking was easy, across the street from the condo. Park on the 5th level and you will be at the enclosed walkway to the condo. Added plus was the included beach service For 2, however, carrying a couple chairs and cooler was easy since your only a few steps to the beach. Condo was a perfect size for the four of us. The beds were really comfortable with celing fans, tv's and blackout curtains which led to a great nights sleep. View from the balcony was beautiful. Dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer worked great. The oven is finicky so set the temp lower than you need so you don't burn your baked items. The only thing I would add to the condo is more pots and pans (minimal concern as we mostly ate dinners out). Very nice time for our family away from the stresses of everyday life. Wonderful stay
My husband and I had a wonderful 2months stay. The condo was bright, many windows, and very comfortable. Diane, the owner, was a lovely caring lady. We had problems with the washer/dryer, Diane bought a new set right away, when the other was not fixable. The views were unbelievable beautiful. Took many pictures of the sunsets. We also saw, Dolphins, small stingrays and watched the military planes doing tricks over the ocean. You won't be sorry to rent this condo.

The Grand and Grand Vista Towers are the two towers that make up this resort. The Grand Panama resides on thirty-five acres of prime beach property. The Grand Panama Beach Resort features state of the art architecture, luxurious accommodations, white sandy beaches and fantastic swimming pools.
The grounds will include gardens, fountains and waterfalls and lush tropical landscaping. This nicely decorated three bedroom, two bath unit has lots of added touches. Neutral colors, accented with browns, greens, blues and beiges, provide a relaxed feel. The unit has a hint of a West Indies flair which provides a casual, but elegant place to relax and enjoy the view.
Located on the 11th floor of the Grand Tower (unit 1109), the views are spectacular from each of the 4 windows located throughout the unit. This unit is one of a limited number of units that has a large walk-in closet/dressing area. Many owner's have elected to replace this space with other options. The ocean is seen while sitting on the couch, eating at the dining room table or relaxing in the master suite.
The balcony looks out over the Gulf of Mexico, the large swimming pool and the downtown lights of Panama City. Located on the east corner of the building, the views are not obstructed by other beach developments. All you see are sunrises, sunsets, the beach, the ocean, the lagoon pool, and the landscaped green space.
The Grand Tower is the only resort tower located on the beach. An elevated crosswalk connects this beach front building to the other grand buildings which make up the remaining structures of this elegant resort. Once you park your car, you may not choose to leave the resort. You may walk to the on site restaurants exercise in the fitness room or swim in one of the 2 fabulous pools or in the gulf.
This unit is designed to welcome families. There are four TV's, four DVD players, and one VCR. The balcony located on the east corner of the Grand Tower is relaxing, private and quiet. There is something for everyone no matter how old or how young.

A rental eposit of $325.00 is required to rent this condo. This deposit goes toward the tota rental amount due.
A reservation canceled more that 30 days beffore arrival will forfeit this rental depoost.
A reservation canceled withn 30 days of arrival will forfeit all amounts paid to date.
Guest must be 25 years of age to rent this condo. Contact owner to see if an exception may be made in certain situations.
