Aquavista is close to Pier Park. There is tons of windows overlooking the beaches and the gulf. We had a private balcony off the master. My favorite. Huge balcony with 2 sliding glass doors with a sunset view. Pool and hot tub with a gulf and sunset view. The beach is private because there is no big resorts beside it. Winn Dixie, a liquor store and Hungry Howies is across the street. Excellent location for us. GulfView Properties provided amazing service and were really nice and helpful. The trip was perfect.

Excellent Customer Service

Beautiful Condo & Great Company
I booked my condo through GulfView Properties again this year. My wife was very impressed with the cleanliness, furniture and decor. GulfView recommended several restaurants and attractions that turned out to be perfect for my family fun and entertainment. You do not expect problems but we had an issue with the air conditioner, GulfView Properties responded and had the issue fixed within hours.
