Minimum StayTerrible condition and misleading
We have stayed in PCB several times and this was by far our worst experience! When we arrived,it was filthy and run down! Floors, bathrooms and kitchen, everything was dirty. Missing ceiling tiles with plastic over them, all the walls were marked up,the front door looked terrible, the vent on the wall kept falling off into the floor,the furniture was dirty and there were no sheets on the bed in the second bedroom!Then we noticed the master bedroom was not oceanside like it was advertised in one of the pictures that was shown, which has since been removed. The coffee pot was broken and there was nothing in walking distance to get coffee. They did finally bring us a new coffee pot after we had been there for 2 days. Then after all of this, it took a month to get our deposit back. We are a family of 5 and have stayed in several condos, but unfortunately this was a terrible experience and we would never stay here again.

Vacation
We had the best vacation at Aqua. The room was everything we hoped for. My family will stay at Aqua again. Also check out Shuchums across the road they are great. Perfect location, not to busy, alot of places within walking distance.

Gorgeous Views!
I was a little worried about being on the 22nd floor but the views were so amazing! We loved being able to see things swimming in the ocean. Even when a storm would come it was exciting to watching it! The condo was very roomy and the beds were so comfy. Very Nice condo! We loved it! We would definitely stay again! Also, it is really close to so many things! We could walk to many places.

Beautiful
Great location. Condo is very nice. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds were super comfortable, even had beach chairs and toys in the closet. Super fast elevators (especially the one on the west end) and never had a problem getting a luggage cart. Loved the views. Saw several sting ray, a sea lion and we think a small shark (or a big fish lol). Short walk to Pier Park. Owners were great to work with. Would rent again. Oh, the shower in the master bath is the BOMB!

Aqua the name of this resort speaks for itself!!
