In order to keep the cost down for my guest & myself, I do not take credit cards for the rental rate. I have already paid $1,500.00 to vrbo for this add. There is no need for you to pay another 4%-9% to vrbo. I take personal checks for the rental rate & have done so, successfully for 10 yrs.
New this year, VIP Parking space under the building, & a new sofa bed & love seat.
Located on the fifteenth floor, with it's open floor plan and panoramic windows, the view of the Gulf of Mexico is truly Spectacular!
My two bedroom two bath condo unit is furnished with a new sofa bed delivered 11/3/14. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and a four stool, island breakfast bar/counter is open to the living room & dinning area. It's a great place for all to gather or view the 42 inch LG television.
Ocean side,the luxurious master bedroom suite with it's very comfortable king size bed, offers another grand view through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. A 32 inch LG TV is also included. Its spacious,private bath is furnished with double sinks and vanity,a large corner shower, bath tub,linen closet, and walk-in dressing closet.
The guest room provides a queen bed, privately located from the master bedroom, and connecting to an extensive color coordinated bathroom. This bedroom is also furnished with a 32 inch flat screen LG.
Relax on your private balcony, which stretches from the master bedroom and wraps around the living room. Enjoy breakfast, lunch,dinner or just drinks while sea watching with loved ones!
Calypso offers two 175 ft. pools with a tiki bar in between,on the Gulf of Mexico,where you will find many beach activities and your free set of Beach Chairs and umbrella!
Take a five minute walk to Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area! An open-air, one-of-a-kind complex on 112 acres of gulf-view property. A beautiful out-door environment offering 1.16 million sq. ft. of shopping, food, music, health needs a 16-complex theater, and so much more!

A $350.00 refundable security deposit is required to confirm the reservation. I take VISA or MC. for the deposit. Reservations are taken by phone, 770-383-0888 to reserve. 50% of the total rental payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date & final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, by check. Posted rates are subject to change. Weekends & Holiday rates may have an additional fee.
Cleaning Fee $110+Tax
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
I take VISA or MC for the refundable deposit payment. Please pay the rental rate payment by check. If you wish to use a credit card for the rental payment there will be a 3.5% merchant fee taken from the refundable deposit.
After taking the deposit, You will be emailed the billing conformation & short term contract to be signed, & sent back to me. After receiving the total rental payment, the information for the unit, door code, parking code & parking permit will be mailed to you.
