5 O’clock Somewhere is a three-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home nestled in the family-oriented community of Seacrest Beach. This property is ideal for hosting multi-family getaways as it is able to sleep up to 14 guests and includes a tram service to and from the white sands of the emerald coast. It has two king beds, a queen, two sets of bunk beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and a futon as well. Splash around in the nearby community pool, hang out at the wet bar and tower room, or spend all day at the beach, and when night comes venture out to some of the great local restaurants (Acme Ice House, George's, La Cochina, Shades) and shops all located conveniently within walking distance of your rental.

Lagoon/Amphitheater:
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 10pm for Seacrest residents and guests. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.

Tram Service:
From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from 5 O'Clock Somewhere and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call for pickup, and the tram will arrive at your front door within minutes.

Beach Access:
Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

Restaurants/Retail:
Seacrest Beach’s neighboring developments, The Village of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach, offer an array of excellent local dining and shopping options. These areas are well within a 15 –minute walk from anywhere in Seacrest Beach.

Walking Trails:
Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community.

Nearest Beach Access: 0.4 miles– Beach access is at Seacrest Beach II – Directly across the street from the entrance of Seacrest Beach North. SCBN community offers a beach shuttle service (free) to take guest to and from the beach.
