Deposits - $500 deposit is required with the reservation. Deposit check is payable to Jim Vider 8017 N. Lagoon Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal ware and tear. The security deposit less any damage will be returned within ten days of your departure date.

Cancellation and Return Policy - Cancellation Policy: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leasor be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.

House Rules

1. Rental guests must wear proper rental I.D. tags. Pedestrians will not be admitted to property without proper I.D. tag.
2. All vehicles entering property must have the proper sticker or passes and must be visible at all times.
3. On-Property speed limit is 15mph.
4. Private carts/golf carts, skates, roller blades, road surfers, skateboards, rental scooters and rental motorcycles are not allowed on property.
5. To register as a guest, you must be 25 years or older. All guests under 25 must have an in-room adult supervision. Adult must be staying in the unit and available at all times.
6. Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on property (the legal age in Florida is 21 years.) may result in eviction.
7. No climbing on or leaning over balconies. Climbing on or over balcony railing may result in eviction of guests.
8. Feeding seagulls is prohibited throughout the Resort property.
9. Nudity and indecent exposure will not be tolerated.
10. Only owners are allowed to have pets on Resort property.
11. Water balloon sling shots and water balloon throwing is prohibited and may result in eviction of guests. Throwing any item, including cigars and cigarettes, from balconies and walkways is considered dangerous and will result in eviction of guests. Laser pointers are prohibited throughout on Resort property.
12. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on Resort property.
13. Do not hang towels or other articles on balcony or walkway railings. Walkways
and stairways are fire exits lanes. No articles shall be left in these areas at any time.
14. The use of charcoal grill, gas grills and hibachis are prohibited throughout the
Resort property.
15. “Quite Hours” are enforced throughout the Resort between 10:00PM and
16. No parking under canopy or along front of building or other areas designated as fire lanes or no parking. Garage parking for 1 vehicle in space 1001 and overflow parking is on the roof of the garage. Vehicles may be towed for violations.
18. Unit 1001 is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
1. Pools and hot tubs are open from 9:00AM to 10:00 midnight. Quite hours will be enforced.
2. No coolers and radios are allowed on the Pool deck
3. No floats or air mattresses in any pool when pool is crowded
4. No throwing or hitting balls or any projectile in pools
5. No glass containers allowed on pool decks. No food allowed in pools or hot tubs.
6. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age.
7. Bicycles, pets, skates, skateboards or roller blades are not allowed on the pool decks.
8. No one is allowed to use pools or hot tubs without proper I.D. tags. This will be strictly enforced

Great view, good condition, clean

The condo was great, very clean, kitchen had everything, cookware very nice. View was great with large balcony and plenty of patio furniture. Patio floor also very clean. Beds in good shape, sheets of good quality. Everything in pretty good shape. Couch starting to sag just a bit, but still comfy. This is a great condo and Jim Vider was very good about checking in with us. Have stayed here once before in 16th floor, that condo was worn out and dirty. But unit 1001 was great!!! Would rent again!! Loved the early check in and push button front door lock. Gulfcrest is a nice easy going place. Close walk to the beach, pools clean and very safe. Parking easy. Check in essy, check out easy. Very little wait for elevators. Clean beach. Close to everything.

Excellent condo!!

My family and I stayed at Gulf Crest recently and couldn't have been happier. The condo was beautiful, very inviting and so relaxing. The wrap around porch was fantastic since we could look at the beach during the day, then walk to the front side in the evening to see activities in the city...and you can't beat the proximity to the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and our child loved the kids bunk beds. The owner was available anytime I had questions, which was very nice to know. I would absolutely stay there again on my next visit to Panama City Beach!

Great Vacation in Panama City Beach, FL

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in beautiful Panama City Beach recently. The three bedroom Gulf Crest condo owned by Mr. Vider was spacious; it was very clean and well maintained; the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay; and the view of the gulf from the master suite, dining, kitchen, and den areas was gorgeous. Hope to reserve this condo for future vacations.

The Summer of Tropical Storm Cindy

Beautiful condo in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. The pools are perfect size and the beach was not shoulder to shoulder. Despite the two days of storms, our trip was great. The interior of our condo was so beautiful and the lay out was great too. It made staying in not so bad.
