Can't wait to come back!
First off, the owner was excellent to work with. On the first day our air conditioner went out so I contacted the rental company. Somehow communication between everyone was a fail so I emailed the owner directly. He was EXTREMELY quick to find someone to come out and fix the air, even though it was 10 at night! Secondly, we always come with a party of 10 so it's always hard to please absolutely everyone, but this condo did! We always opened the blinds and it felt like we had an awesome panoramic views of the gulf. We never once felt like we were on top of one another and we all fit very comfortably in the room. By the second day everyone was saying we would rent this room again in a heartbeat. If there was one thing I would say could be better are the mattresses in the room with the two beds. They aren't the worst I've ever felt, but the other two rooms were MUCH more comfortable. All in all, we absolutely cannot wait to book this condo again for our vacation next near. I feel like Grandview East is a hidden gem and we can't wait to come back.

Amazing!!!
We had an amazing time! This condo was absolutely beautiful and was extremely clean. The ocean view was breathtaking. Tons of stuff to do in walking distance and the staff there were very polite and helpful with any questions we had about anything. My family and I can't wait to go back!

The condo was the perfect size for everyone to have plenty of room. It perfect proximity to the beach, bars, and shopping venues. The condo supplied everything we needed from home that made each day easy! I will definitely rent again for future family vacations

This condo is an extra large elevated 1st floor- 3 bedroom, 3 full bath beach front condo with easy access to the beach. This large 1830 sq ft condo is a 1st floor unit above the parking garage. We have a set of stairs right outside the condo for easy access down to the beach and 2 elevators just up the hall.
The gulf front master bedroom has access to the balcony and a huge picture window with a great view of the beac. It has a KING bed, tv/dvd and a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has an oversized private master bathroom, a double vanity, hair dryer, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.
The 2nd suite has a KING bed, private front balcony, walk in closet, tv/dvd and private bathroom as well.
The 3rd room has 2 FULL beds. Also has a tv/dvd combo. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. The condo also has a fold out QUEEN sleeper sofa, a TWIN sleeper loveseat, TV and DVD player in family room and each bedroom, full laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
The beach is never crowded at Grandview because it is a low density building. The condo door has a key code so there are no keys to carry back and forth to the beach. The shaded pool is small but gives you a break from the sun while you still enjoy the beach view from the cool water in the pool. Grandview has off street parking under the building and a private over flow parking lot across the street.
Grandview is close to everything. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is within walking distance to the county pier, Pineapple Willy’s, Coyote Ugly, Pompano’s Seafood Restaurant, Walmart, Ripley’s Believe it or not and much more. Don’t forget a visit to Pier Park, only 4 miles from Grandview. Visit one of the 19 restaurants like Bootleg BBQ, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaretville, Seafood and Oyster bar + over 120 stores or the Grand Movie Theater for a relaxing day off the beach.
