This is a gulf front 18th floor condo with balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The condo sleeps 8 people and has 2 full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the private bunk room has a set of bunk beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room which accommodates 2 people.

With the 2 sets of FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE between March 15 & October 31, there will be no need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day. The beach chair service provides you a set of sturdy, adjustable wooden benches with over-sized thick cushions, and an oversized umbrella to protect you and your loved ones from the sun. The daily beach rental for these chairs can be as much as $30 a day. Money better spent eating at your favorite restaurant or shopping at Pier Park.
The LIVING ROOM is a gathering place for everyone and features matching sofa, loveseat and a conversation chair. The decor is warm, and comfortable. It’s a great place to kick back and watch the 55" smart flat screen TV or pop your favorite movie into the Blu ray player. Enjoy the view of the emerald-green waters from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door.
Our condominium comes with cable TV. Look thru the family movies we have for you in the condo, or bring some of your favorites from home. Surf the web on the high speed wireless internet, and check Facebook to see if ANYONE is having more fun than you!
From your PRIVATE BALCONY you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view and listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the shoreline. Don’t forget to pack your binoculars so you can see the ocean life swimming in the gulf. This spacious balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee, indulge yourself with a good book, or relax and watch one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Whether it’s for a big ‘bacon & eggs’ breakfast, warming up leftovers from Sharky’s Restaurant and Beach Club, or your own favorite spaghetti recipe – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. There’s a pantry to hold all your snacks and groceries. Bar seating makes it easy to supervise the cook!
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, plus three bar stools at the eat-up kitchen bar.
The MASTER BEDROOM features a beautiful king size bed with matching bedside tables and lamps for reading before you turn in for the night. There is a dresser you can use to unpack your clothes so you don’t have to vacation out of your suitcase. The bedroom has a flat screen tv and a smart Blu ray player. There is cable in this room as well. The large closet provides plenty of space for hanging clothes and luggage. Walk out onto the balcony for a little stargazing before you call it a day. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach. The private master bath features double sinks and garden tub and large walk-in shower. Unwind in the evenings by soaking in the garden tub.
The SECOND BEDROOM features a queen bed, a full size dresser, a flat screen TV, and a smart Blu ray player. This room also has a reading lamps on either side of the bed.
The BUNK ROOM is kid friendly and feels like a third bedroom. Shut the door and let the kids fall asleep watching their favorite movie on the smart TV. This room also has a DVD/VHS player.
The GUEST BATHROOM is located in the hall and features a vanity, and a tub/shower combination.
The LAUNDRY contains a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Condo AMENITIES include free high-speed internet, free cable TV, and free parking. We use a numeric keyless lock for easy access into the condo so there is no need to keep up with keys or cards. One week before you check-in, we will generate your numeric code and email it along with your Welcome Letter.
This unit has a variety of books, DVDs, beach toys, and magazines the whole family will enjoy. Book swapping is on the honor system!! Feel free to leave the book you brought to read in the condo for others to enjoy, and if you were unable to finish the one you found in the condo, feel free to take it home with you.

All weekly stays are Saturday check-in / check-out.
If cancellation is more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, $100.00 of your deposit will be retained. If cancellation is 30 days or less, your entire deposit will be retained. If cancellation is 8 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 25% of rental fee will be retained. If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of rental fee will be retained. If VisitPCB is able to find a replacement booking, VisitPCB will refund all of your payments.
We require a $300 refundable damage deposit to hold the condo. The full deposit is refunded if the condo is left in good condition with no damages. Our property is in a family resort and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Due to the heavy volume of inquiries, we are only able to respond to inquiries received via phone or email. Unfortunately will be unable to respond to inquiries sent via text message.
