No sales story here folks, just the truth, seriously, all you need to do is bring your clothes, grab your groceries, we have everything else you could need. The one stop shop on Fleming Court a relaxing vacation to dream about. Pool, Jacuzzi, bikes, HDTV's, full kitchen, BBQ grill, Salt Water Canal to watch the fish jump and just kick back and enjoy....
And, don't forget your small dog, we are pet friendly...
There's no describing the wonderful feeling of serenity you get looking out from our pool to the salt water canal, fish jumping in the background. Come and check it our for your self, sit on our deck, relax & watch the fish jump while your enjoying your morning coffee. The peace is almost overwhelming & believe it or not, even the children love it. Once you get here you'll understand, it's just a special place. I realize that sounds like a sales pitch, but it's no sales pitch, it's the real thing, there's just something different about our house, it's just a special place, I promise you that.
With sliding glass doors in almost every room you get to enjoy the view of the pool and the canal from where ever in the house you choose to you relax.
We offer two beautiful bedrooms and a family room and living room and when you have spare time to relax out of the sun we also offer you two 46' flat screen HDTV's one in the living room, one in the family room.
Please note, the pictures do not depict the true beauty of our 1700 square foot home (under air) when you arrive you will know you made the right decision. Please check our feedback, it seems they agree...
Our canal home is situated on is one of the main canals in Palm Coast and leads quickly to the gorgeous Halifax River (aka the intracoastal waterway or icw), from there it's just a quick trip by boat to the Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.
And to make it even better...we've got a super sized two car garage which hosts a washer, dryer & wash out sink as well as an additional refrigerator for extra sodas beers and bait! In the garage you will also find your fishing gear and beach bag already packed & a few beach chairs for your added convenience.
ACTIVITIES
On the flip side of the coin, we know when you go on vacation you may be looking for a few other things besides just a quiet place to stay. So, don't forget the action! Perhaps the beach, biking, hiking, fishing, surfing, golfing, swimming, tennis, there are so many possibilities and Palm Coast can make them all happen. We are in the center of it all. St Augustine to the north, it's such a quaint old city full of history and beauty. Daytona to the south, Orlando and Disney to the west (geez, that takes care of the action) and of course the beach to the east. Palm Coast boasts some of the best in golfing, and you wouldn't believe the nature trails right around the corner from our home. We've got a dock in our backyard for fishing.

AND For your additional enjoyment we also have provided you with a pair of bicycles, men & women's 26' for you pleasure, (liability waiver's must be signed).

Conveniently located to I95, I4, and close to major attractions, Disney, Universal, Marineland (swim with the Dolphins), Fishing piers, beaches, etc. There is lots of things to do within just 30 minutes, drive north to St Augustine or south to major attractions, 60 minutes or so, and the beaches 10 minutes away. Golf and restaurants are only minutes away. Groceries and Star Bucks are walking distance. We offer bicycles and bike paths are riding distance close...we've got a pool to swim in, a canal to fish in, what more could you ask for?
