Harbor Village has an inviting, outdoor living space surrounded by a heated pool and spa, offering plenty of room to relax, complete with chaise lounges, a patio bar with a large TV, a wine cooler, and a refrigerator, which makes you want to spend all your time outside. Also, a new iron gate around the back of the home with a safety fence for kids was just put in place. The covered seating area and a brand new gas grill make this home ideal to host a beautiful tropical get together or sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning while catching the views.
Inside is a huge 5 bedroom/4 bath floor plan that is spacious enough to hold more than 10 people. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and jet tub to ensure your stay is filled with all the comforts you want in a vacation home. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the pool, plus two more bedrooms with twins that can be turned into kings. These all share 2 additional bathrooms, plus a kid’s bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. No one will be left without the personal space to relax and revitalize.
A clean and remodeled kitchen with white wood and counter top oven on granite is equipped with an eat-in area and the perfect formal dining area to entertain. About a mile away, golfers can enjoy a game at Pompano Beach Golf Shop.
