Located in the grandview heights historic district of west palm beach, guests can walk to many local attractions such as the kravis center of Performing arts, norton museum of art, palm beach county convention center and cityp place, the revived area of downtown west palm beach with restaurants, shops and entertainment. In addition to B&B lodging, guests have the option to rent a separate vacation rental, the historic 1925 Bermuda style coco palm cottage located directly next to grandview gardens connected with a walkway through a private garden. The cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and outdoor dining. Complimentary airport transfer is offered.
All B & B accommodations are accessible with a private entrance and are spacious with approximately 400 sq. ft. (35 sqm) and have french doors opening to private terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Each guest suite is individually decorated to reflect the style of the spanish mediterranean house and features a king size bed or two queen beds, a desk, a walk-in closet and a sitting area with sofa and arm chair.
Grandview gardens, just a 10 minute drive from the palm beach International Airport, is conveniently located within walking distance to most of West palm beach's principle attractions. The white sandy beaches of palm beach Island are just a 15 minute bike ride (bikes provided complimentary at the B & B) or a 5 minute drive. Your hosts, Rick Rose and Peter Emmerich, are local tour guides and offer city tours of the palm beaches daily in English, German, French or Spanish. Ask about reserving tickets when making reservations!

Grandview gardens features 2 rooms which are pet friendly (for pets under 40 lbs). There is a $ 10 per night charge for dogs. Pets must behave and owners must pickup and discard pet droppings. There is a dog park located in howard park 200 ft away from the B & B.
In addition, grandview gardens has a partnership agreement with VIP – Very Important Paws, which is located 2 blocks away from the B & B (3 minutes walking distance). While staying at grandview gardens , guests can check their dog into a VIP Deluxe Suite at the price of $ 24.95 per day, which includes bedding, bowls, filtered water, treats and 3 walks per day. Guests can also visit their dog, pick them up and take them for a walk any time during the day. In addition, you can treat your dog to a variety of special services at VIP such as a "Massaging Buddy Wash Bath, Capstar Flea Free Treatment, Nails & Ears grooming and more.
