Within fifteen minutes away from Worth Avenue and all major shops and restaurants on the island. We are also close to West Palm Beach and City Place with a number of shops, restaurants, movie theaters and night life. Peaceful neighborhood with complete privacy.
The house is just 1 block of walk to a stunning private beach and cabana. With an access, you can reach to broad private beaches where you can walk comfortably and surf in ocean water. We are across the road from access to the lake trail lines the Palm Beach side of Lake Worth. Bicycle or walk all along the trail and enjoy the beautiful views of West Palm Beach.
Our house is on 1 level with a flow that is good for indoor and outdoor entertainment and living. The center of the house has family room with fireplace and a wall of floor to ceiling doors and windows opening to the dining room and outdoor living room and the pool beyond. The kitchen has all modern and commercial appliances.
The living room has a home theater with a large flat screen TV and seating for eight people. The dining room has seat for eight individuals. It has an equipped kitchen as well. The master bedroom comprises a king size bed and double doors that open to patio/pool area. The master bathroom has Jack and Jill Sinks, Roman bath, a water closet, marble shower and a large glass.
