Everything was exactly like it was described
Well first off Ken is a great guy. He contacted a ew days prior to my reservation and gave me the entire layout of the land telling me the best places to go to eat and relax which was very useful. He kept in constant contact with me to make sureI knew where I was going and made sure I felt welcome in his home. As soon as we got in, the house looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was exactly like it was described and wow the master bedroom mattress was amazing. wow what an amazingly comfortable mattress, I almost didn't wake up because it was so comfortable. Another great thing is the neighborhood was nice quiet and secluded which made it perfect for us since were private people. It's safe and easy to go jogging in the mornings and evenings. The best part is there is everything you in the area, Lots of places to eat, drink, food shopping and cvs and gas station right around the corner. No car need an uber will take you anywhere ( thanks Ken for that).

We had a great experience at Ken's place. Ken is a great host and our stay was hassle free and extremely enjoyable. The house is cute and the neighborhood and neighbors are really nice. The house is on a quiet street so it made our stay very relaxing. I would definitely recommend checking out Kens place if you plan on traveling to the area.

Ken is a great host! He made sure to do anything he could to make me feel right at home. He's very easy going, laid back and he truly cares about your stay by going above and beyond to accommodate anything needed! Ken even created a barrier to block off his porch area so that my dog and I could relax and hang out there when we wanted, without having to worry about my dog getting out! I was able to relax and unwind for the duration of my stay which was really nice and definitely needed. His house is very clean and organized and it was in such a cute neighborhood and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at his place if you're ever looking for a worry free stay in Palm beach gardens ! Thank you for everything Ken!!!!

Great home centrally located to everything Palm Beach has to offer. Ken was great on point with his restaurant recommendations. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We had a great stay.

The facilities were very clean and nice
The facilities were very clean and nice, Parking for two cars next to the house was important for us and Ken's parking patio worked well for this. Ken was very accomodating with our check in and check out times. The place was centrally located for restaurants and the beach. The kitchen and supplies were accessible and easy to use. We were there 5 nights and never had a problem. The questions I did have were answered promptly by phone call or text. Overall, an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Ken's place without reservation.
