We are located in Historic Ormond By The Sea just 12 miles north of the Main Street Daytona Pier and Amusement Area. The ocean views go on and on from our spacious airy condo and wrap around balcony. Don't be deceived by some other listings. We are located at the ocean. Great ocean views from almost every room.

Seabridge South is located in a truly relaxing beach community.
We are only a few minutes drive from the active Daytona Beach area and all that it has to offer, amusement areas, water park, concerts at the band shell, nightlife, museums and of course the home of NASCAR, but when sitting on the balcony watching the dolphin swim by, the hectic pace seems a million miles away. Or walk the neighborhood back to the intercoastal waterway and find Seabridge park were you can walk on a boardwalk out on the water see the seabirds and watch the boats motor down the river.
Drive north along scenic A1A to Historic St Augustine the country's oldest city also their famous outlet malls. Drive the scenic 24 miles south to Ponce Inlet and tour the Historic lighthouse, go fishing or eat at any number of exceptional seafood restaurants.
We are only an hour to most central Florida attractions, the Space Center the Port of Cape Canaveral and Orlando with all of its attractions Disney is about 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic.
As you can see finding things to do is no problem finding enough time to do them is another story, many of our guests get to the beach and go no further.
