Minimum StayBeautiful townhouse right in the middle of it all!
My family and I had a fantastic stay at Sandy's town home. We stayed for a week to go to several Disney parks and also to make the hour drive to Legoland. The home is about 12 miles to the Disney parks and 42 miles to Legoland. You are also right around the corner from Sea World, Universal Studios, The Orlando Eye, and tons of other attractions. International Drive is also close by with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The home has three floors all nicely furnished. The top floor contains two bedrooms, one for the kids with two twin beds and one for the parents. Both bedrooms had full baths. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels were left and there was even soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues, and toilet paper to get us started. That was really nice because it enabled us to shower, unpack, and relax a bit before hitting the grocery store (which is conveniently one mile away). On the middle floor you have a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, all extremely comfortable and well-appointed. On the lower level there is the garage and a large bedroom with a full bath. My mother-in-law joined us halfway through the week and that area was perfect for her. We all had our privacy when we wanted it. Overall, this town home is exceptional. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect location! Perfect space! Would stay again.
Traveling to Orlando for vacation with husband, teenaged daughters and grandma. This townhome was perfect. Very clean and well appointed with all of the amenities of home, plus some. The surrounding grounds and area were very well maintained and safe. Location is convenient to parks, highways and the grocery stores/Dunkin Donuts. The workout room was nice, but I especially enjoyed the path around the lake behind the resort that allowed for a quiet, morning walk or jog. The pool was lovely with plenty of chairs and amenities. The owners were exceptionally responsive, considerate and easy to deal with. I felt like a guest in their home. This townhome was everything the description said it was and we would reach out again next time we are in the area.

Wonderful stay and fabulous townhouse
We had a great time! The townhouse was comfortable and spacious. The community pool was a short walk away. It was conveniently located off of Universal Blvd. Definitely would stay again!!

Welcome to our three bedroom, three and one-half bath Tuscan-themed townhome in Vista Cay Resort, which we purchased new in 2007, providing three levels of privacy, luxury, and comfort. Our near 1800 square ft. townhome is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort of the guests who frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting, extra curtains, and ceiling fans were added throughout. For the utmost comfort also included are two king master suites. Both king beds have premium pillowtop mattresses.
One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and premium pillowtop mattresses is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a brand new November 2015 28 inch HD smart TV and DVD player. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms. Enjoy the Play Station 3 console and games (plays most PS2 games) and Wii game system and games. We also have a security system, secure keyless entry system, and provide a safe (fits most laptops) for your use.
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your enjoyment, the living room has a brand new November 2015 55 inch HD smart TV with blu-ray DVD player and stereo system. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 230 channels and high speed cable wired and high speed Wi-Fi internet. Also included in your rental is free calls to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is a full size kitchen with corian countertops, cherry cabinets, and all appliances, including a double refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped to create a wonderful meal! We even provide the electric kettle and tea pot for the perfect cup of tea!
BABY ITEMS Included in your rental is a hotel quality compact crib with 4' innerspring mattress, Graco pack'n play with bassinet and changer and mattress pad, 2 bed rails, Fisher Price Rainforest high chair, dining booster seat, two stair gates with installation hardware at the top of each stairs (can be removed and used as a tension gate at the bottom of the stairs), a full size stroller and a compact stroller.
For the traveler who does not like the hot car, likes to store golfing equipment, or the business traveler who has displays, a one-car garage is included that fits a medium sized car (this is in addition to the 1800 square feet of living space). There is also parking for an another car in the omni-stone driveway and an overflow parking lot behind the townhome. A full-size washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and all towels and linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Vista Cay is a gated community providing a world of recreational experiences and featuring a state of the art clubhouse which offers amenities for every traveler to include: a resort-style pool with multi-level deck space, children's play area, spa, and sports court; game room; fitness center; theater; internet library; pool bar; convenience store. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping as you walk around the beautiful Lake Cay where you can get a view of the Nation's second largest convention center.
Universal Boulevard surrounds this 1500-acre master planned development and International Drive is only one-half mile away. For the person who loves to golf, across the street is Shingle Creek Golf Course and there are 20 golf courses within 10 miles. Universal Studios is only 3 miles away, Sea World and Aquatica only 1 mile, and Disney World only 6 to 8 miles. You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes. There is a Publix and a Chinese restaurant, NYPD Pizza with full bar area, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, and hair and nails salon across the street! A Walgreens is also right next door.

We are constantly upgrading our townhome. The townhomewas freshly painted, plush carpet was added and living room furniture was upgraded. We also have replaced all mattresses and bedding. In November, 2015 replaced all TV's with HD smart TV's and new stereo system with Blu-Ray DVD player in living area. Bedding and linens are continually replaced and upgraded. We visit our townhome often to replace, refresh, and do additional cleaning. Our goal is for our townhome to always look like new and be the cleanest townhome in Vista Cay!
