There are open lawns to the rear which are ideal if you have children because there's lots of 'playtime space' to kick a ball around and just have lots of fun. Look a little further into the distance and you will see the beautiful Omni Hotel of the renowned Championsgate golf & country club.
Villa Bella has been completely refurbished with new furniture,carpets and fittings to all rooms (check out the photo's in the gallery) There is a large flat screen TV/DVD and highspeed wireless internet. Your booking would also include free national telephone calls to USA & Canada.
The villa comes complete with large washing machine & tumble dryer, Range style cooker with brand new over range microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, all crockery, cutlery, cookware pots & pans, towels & linens, hair dryer, coffe maker, kettle - in fact just about everything you could need for the all American dream vacation!!
Lounge room
The lounge has just been redecorated, refurnished & recarpeted. There is a brand new large flat screen TV/DVD combo for viewing the many cable channels available. The room is open plan with attached kitchen/diner. This room also leads directly to the lovely pool area.
The Kitchen/Diner
The kitchen / diner is fully equipped - just like home from home and because everything is provided you could cook at every meal time for your family if you so wished - but eating out in Florida is quite inexpensive and hey! your on holiday! let someone else do the cooking for a change.
Master Bedroom & Ensuite
The master bedroom - 'The sunshine room' has just been redecorated and has beautiful brand new furniture, with vibrant sunny coloured soft furnishings & and new carpeting.
There is a large walk in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. This room also has an Ensuite which is tub & shower.
Bedroom 2 - 'The coffee & cream' room, has a new double bed and all soft furnishings/curtains and redecoration. This room is calm and cosy - just perfect to fall into after a long day at the parks.
Bedroom 3 - 'The sparkly room'
This room has brand new twin beds with all new soft furnishings, curtains & carpet. It has a lovely peacock blue & green colour scheme intermingled with the sparkle of sequins, plush velvet & fluffy feathered decor' - a delightful room for both young and old to enjoy.
The Pool Deck
Our lovely private pool faces south east for that all important tan!! there are new sun loungers and table & chairs with a parasole for you to enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine or ice cold beer at the end of a long day. If you are an early riser, breakfast out on the pool deck is amazing and you can watch the hot air balloons as they rise up with the sun just to the rear of Villa Bella.
The pool area has its own shower room and w.c. which is great for jumping out of the pool and straight into a lovely hot shower Mmmm!!!
