We had a wonderfull time at the house, Christopher. It is super spacious, we absolutely loved everything: from the pool to the large and fully equiped kitchen. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Lovely ensuite room for us 2 and seperate bedrooms for our 3 kids. We abslotely recommend your house and will do so amongst friends and family.

Superb Stay
This place could not be more centrally located to the parks and shopping! This place was better than advertised once you take location into account. It was EXTREMELY CLEAN and Chris did a WONDERFUL job of working with us and answering all of our questions both in advance and while we were there. Check in was super easy, the key is in a lock box just to the right of the door. The game room and pool were awesome and we really appreciated the laundry room. The kitchen came fully stocked and ready to use, all we had to do was make the 4-5 minute drive to Publix and buy some groceries! We saved so much money on dinners and breakfasts because of the great kitchen. The beds were soft and comfortable and the rooms were super clean. I HIGHLY recommend this house if you want a truly great Disney vacation!!!

We Really Enjoyed Our Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is just as described, very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and space with all utensils needed in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool so much.

Our Gorgeous villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms,a lovely south facing private pool,games room and free wifi internet.
The villa is at Florida Pines in Davenport,which is a well maintained,family-friendly community just 15 minutes drive from Disney!
There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed,flat screen TV and a spacious en-suite bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV and bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds and a TV/DVD combo in each.
There is plenty of space to relax in this spacious villa.
There is a luxurious living room and a family room with a 32" flat screen tv. and patio doors direct to the pool area.
Guests can enjoy Pool,air-hockey,darts and basket-ball in the Games Room.
There is loads of dining space too.As well as formal dining for 8,there is further dining space in the kitchen and pool side.
The kitchen is fully fitted & equipped should you decide to prepare a full meal and there is a useful laundry area fitted with a clothes washer & dryer.
There is a lovely patio area around the south facing pool with loads of chairs and loungers so that everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine all day long!!
There is a crib (cot) and highchair available at no extra cost.
About The Area
The villa is located at Florida Pines in Davenport,only 15 minutes drive from Disney.
Florida Pines is a lovely,well kept,safe community.
Seaworld and Unversal are close by too,both are within 30 minutes drive.
Legoland and Tampa's Busch Gardens are both within 45 minutes drive.
Florida's Atlantic Coast, with The Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise at CoCo beach are around 60 minutes drive.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf coast,a real "must see" are also around an hours drive away.
There are loads of restaurants,attractions & shops a short drive along highways 27 & 192 to suit all pockets & tastes.
There are several large supermarkets close by. (WalMart,Target,Publix).WalMart is open 24/7.
