And the location doesn't get much better! 6 miles west of Disney - everything is right on your doorstep and within easy reach.
It makes it so easy for you to break the day with some lunch back home. You'll be fully refreshed to do it all again in the evening!
Universal Orlando is just 25 minutes away. All of Orlando's endless attractions are within easy reach.
There's plenty of restaurants locally and a terrific local gem within walking distance. There's a bakery at the resort entrance where you can get fresh bread and pastries and delicious snacks.
What more could you want? A little pixie dust perhaps?

The hub of the house is the living area. Plenty of comfy seating for you all to kick back together. Watch Netflix or any of the DVDs provided on the 65 inch HDTV. With Bose cinema sound system of course!

We know the whole family need awesome connectivity so we provide Free WiFi with lightning speed 5G 200mbps plus a printer/scanner.

We owned our own restaurant for 3 decades and love a kitchen with lots of high quality amenities and gadgets.

For coffee lovers we have a Keurig, a Filter Coffee Maker and a Cafe Press.
The double door fridge freezer has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser.
There's a Ninja blender for smoothies, a juicer, food processor, mixer, crockpot, great quality chefs knives and lots more.
And beautiful granite countertops.

You'll find high quality soft linens and plenty of plump pillows - DownEtc Rhapsody King Pillows - google them and check them out, they're amazing!
There's a 42 inch TV in both king bedrooms and gently breezing ceiling fans too.

The house is located in a private resort that is gated and guarded 24/7. Not that we need a guard! The area is incredibly safe, the worst crime your likely to see is a senior speeding on a golf cart :)
The neighborhood is super friendly, you'll feel right at home right away.

We don't have many rules, but we don't allow parties, gathering and events and the community is regularly patroled by security to make sure there are no gatherings.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, but you are welcome to smoke outside on the deck.
Finally, our most important rule, You MUST have fun :)
Suitability
Perfect for little ones - we have a ton of stuff so you don't have to overpack.
Perfect for familieis and friends - we can sleep up to 6 in beds, plus we have a crib and airbed.
Perfect for Seniors - the resort is really friendly, quiet and peaceful. The house is all on one level so it's ideal for anyone not so steady on their feet. But there are 3 steps up to the front door.
